This is really coming off as immature, just because whatever you chose as what race you liked to see didn't come up doesn't mean you have to make post like these showing how much you despise viera. I didn't pick the option myself but if that's what the majority want then you have to respect that that's what the majority of the playerbase is interested in seeing. And as mentioned above it's not like Viera has a 100% chance of being implemented it could be another race of similar features.

Also why are people so furriphobic, if people like furries then let them, seriously do you hear the ignorance in what you're saying, if someone wants to play as a furry let them, if someone wants to play as a munchkin(lalalfell) let them. Races are about choice it's not about liking every race option but respecting the fact that some people may like to play a race that you might not favor.

I know this is dumb. The hate is not even justifiable.

They want Magitek Armor and mounts, we got it. They're from different games and no one complains.

Listen to the Miqote that does not want a race more popular than her own. It makes sense that she doesn't want competition when it comes to beauty, spiritualness, uniqueness, and more distinct animal features than a tail/pair of ears.

if you ask me, the more races we can get the better.you can play human/elven/dwarf (yea i consider tarus/lalafells as dwarfs without huge beards), so what's the problem with having more animal/reptile races?

viera has a place in history of Final Fantasy, so why not use her in an online game, which is mostly played by those that have played Final Fantasy games before, and would love seeing their famous races again?

So please, can people stop complaining about Viera, and the other people stop talking about how awesome it would be to play Viera? Or shoving the poll into people's faces? "Such as the Viera" doesn't mean you're getting Viera. Stop jumping the gun and let's wait and see what, if anything, we get from concept art team as far as a new race. I doubt anything will be ready such as character models/story/armor for a new race at 2.0 release anyway.

Not to mention - the people that are arguing that they will be sexy and nearly naked - I want them to realize that they will still be wearing the same equipment that everyone else is wearing. They will look as sexy as my Roegadyn looks in a harness + subligar combination :)
