A little big salty today, please delete GNB as a job in pvp, it's useless. As for why it's useless, let the people tell you the reasons...I am too tired for that.

GNB is honestly in a good place, both crystal ranked as well as customs with the best. I think it's decent, but nuanced. DPS GNB puts out absurd damage really fast, though is overall not as defensively strong as other melee jobs. So the counterplay is you can pressure them and see if they chicken out and go healer or tank junction, thereby reducing their damage, but they can switch back to DPS when momentum swings. Honestly the whole system is really interesting and relatively nuanced compared to most of the roster, while performing reasonably well enough. Not top tier, but not bad.

After picking up GNB again it's definitely not bad, but Relentless Rush is still one of the clunkiest abilities I've ever seen. Half the time it doesn't register when you press it, so you end up spamming the button and then accidentally cancel your LB early. Despite being powerful it is rather infuriating.

GNB can crank out some pretty random and wild burst. The problem is their general design is just clunky and terrible and completely reliant on the opponent teams setup. I wouldn't say they are "fine" but they can be viable.
