just curious but why so many posts? I mean its like you just discovered the forums and want to make an impression.
I mean, your call of course, but it does raise some questions in my mind
When I cast Neutral Sect.
Personally, Im chaotic neutral
My DnD sessions have proven the Lawful guys are often the worst ones. They tend to justify their murderous actions. Sometimes with insane troll logic.
As for the part that made me go "meh" in Endwalker, the teleporter sequence in Sharlayan. Wasn't good, but also wasn't bad. It was just an entertaining thing for about five minutes.
Most of the initial Labyrinthos section dragged on for far too long and was dull as dishwater, and basically amounted to wandering around Eorzea's version of the Geofront from Neon Genesis Evangelion filling in the map for five hours. Ironically it's when the WoL and the Scions suddenly then get arrested by the Sharlayan authorities and hauled before the Forum did things finally start picking up.
The only high point was Erenville's appearence as the first male viera of any note in the story (and I immediately found him adorable), and the only real major story revelation of any note in that whole section being the Heartbloom flower scene, which of course becomes extremely important later on. The part where you have to turn into a frog for survelliance purposes was quirky but somehow fitting as well.
But other than that... Labyrinthos was utterly dull, not bad or awful, but was too laid back and didn't grab me as a player (really I didn't think the story really got going til Thavnair/Radz-at-Han).
That part where that old cool guy lectures you and the twins(?) about something idr.
Sweats in Lawful Evil
I have no idea what you're talking about.
Ok but seriously, Lawful Stupid and Chaotic Neutral might as well be the same in DnD. Some people just tend to go into extremes when it comes to either end of the spectrum. This man killed their neighbor, Lawful Good Paladin will smite them down just as quickly as an Evil Character, despite the fact that the neighbor was a cultist. Chaotic Neutral Sorcerer wants this overpriced item at a shop and burns down the entire store to hide the fact they stole the item.
Why can't people actually make good characters in DnD anymore?
you know that part on ultima thule when everyone everyone starts disappearing so we can progress and there this sad and epic feel but at the back of my mind i'm just "they have plot armor so they won't die" and then it happens!!!! the mood was epic but honestly I just felt totally neutral.
As soon as I saw the title of this I had to laugh. We should make one titled “Not tye best or worst part, but also not the neutral part of Endwalker”
Ultima Thule. It was obvious that they weren’t going to commit to the sacrifices made there, and with their invalidation being so apparent it took away any emotional weight from the zone - both positive and negative.
That one time where those people did stuff in that place
You know
Neutral Sect continues to be pretty neutral in Endwalker.
