Give us the forum outfit please!

Title. I remember a LL way back then when someone asked about the sharlayan forum outfit and Yoshida said something about already having a plan for it? Its been a while, I think its time for us to be able to get it in the game.

Well there is one sidequest that makes us run around in it.

Yes! The model is already player ready, I don't think its too much work for them to release it fully

I'm sure they have nice content planned to give it to us instead of just letting it languish. I only hope it doesn't end up on the cash shop.

Otherwise I'll patiently wait for my robes.

I would guess that they have a timeframe for items as of when they will be added to the store.
Might be that the outfit is further back on the release schedule.

If Yoshi has already said that something about having plans for it (?), then all one can do is be a good boy/girl/whatever and sit quietly and wait.

The one in the side quest was not player ready when I did it. Your boots werent actually attached to anything and the robe was actually just closed off entirely at the bottom. You didnt have legs when wearing it.

There weren't any gaps in the model as such; it had knee-length boots and a weird inner skirt that started around the knees, so theoretically it was a complete wearable outfit and your legs are simply concealed inside the skirt.

That said, it did very much have the look of something that was only built for NPCs to stand around in, and not to be worn by players.

Ugh why would you want to wear that...

There’s a million similar outfits in the game already. Just play blm and you’ll be drowning in them

If it comes in pieces, the handgear is pretty cool.

They combined my Garlean gear request with the Sharlayan forum one into one question in the Q&A. I’m looking forward to wearing both. :)

The have to come up with an explanation for why viera and hrothgar forum members dont get a veiled hat first.

So what do you think the price tag will be? I'm going to guess 22 dollars since they got away with it once. I doubt they won't try that hot money making trick again, lol.

Sharlayan is the most powerful, knowledgable nation in Eitherys and even they can't find a tailor to adjust a cap for their hroth and viera forum members, truly embarrassing.

I think we waited long enough, I need that forums robe right now

we will get it near the end of Tataru quest most likely same with a Garlean set i assume.

It’s been a year since they’ve confirmed it with the Garlean gunblade and glam (including the lab coat). I hope they didn’t forget.

Hroth always have to make every thread about them and their hat issue. Go complain in your thread for complaints. Its getting annoying.


Back to the topic: isnt there outfits sorts like that? Though I’d like a lvl 1 any class glam like it as well.

It's completely on topic for hrothgar or viera players to want the hat to work as there are hroth and viera on the Forum in cutscenes and theres no excuse for the most knowledgable country in game to not have a haberdasher who can make said hat fit members of their reigning political body

‘Reigning political body’ Yet we barely see any around. Pretty funny ngl. Maybe thats why they are hatless :) But we do see all the other races and they get hats.
