Btw, it's such a weird way to reference a plot as "yours" before it's owned.

47 other people, from what I was last told.

last lottery i was the only person to bid on a house in my ward, this lottery no one has placed any bids yet, the 2 houses next to me are still empty and here i was hoping i'd get some neighbors but i guess not

Last I checked...2 others aside from me. Currently bidding on an FC plot. I expected that number to go up, and I'm sure it has. I refuse to keep checking up on it until I go to collect my plot or my gil. The main thing I have going for me is that it is way up in the middle of nowhere. The popular plots are taken or being bid on excessively. My chances are good, all things considered, but I still won't win. But I had nothing to lose by trying. If I win...cool. I have an FC house, for myself or potentially for a couple of friends later on. If I lose...I still have a personal plot. Nothing to lose, everything to gain.

The last personal medium house on exca is currently sitting at 327 bids lol lets see how this goes

If you are bidding on a small plot during cycle 3 and have so many bids against you... probably should have just went with a small in cycle #1. Honestly, anyone with no plot whatsoever should have just gone for the higher chance of success with a small instead of rolling for a large in round 1 and a medium in round 2. Just chasing the market down at this point.

55 participants on a 16mil, medium plot in the Goblet as of right now (I just put a bid in). And out of the six, personal medium plots left on Exodus, this is the one with the least amount of participants.
I didn't check today but yesterday, the highest plot (In Shirogane) had 132 participants. >w>()

on excalibur if your looking for a private house you are pretty much outta luck their all taken however my house is in ishgard ward 2 and half the ward is still open and so far there are 0 bidders this round, more then likely all these houses will still be available next round too

Factually true. I would have had a pretty neat small right about now if I had bid on the one i'm currently bidding on in the last cycle. Except if that was won by someone who failed to claim it, which I dont know.

I'm not bidding but I was curious what our old FC plot, we moved to large shiro, is going at. It's a medium shiro and has 136 bids atm.
There are 2 mist mediums. One has 152, it is one of the best mediums imo (plot 6). The other has 107, slightly worse spot.
And lastly there are another 2 medium in the goblet. First one has only 46 bids! Second has a mere 44 bids rofl.

All of those plots are in personal wards, there are several smalls in each area that I did not bother to check.

Medium in Shirogane - plot 13 - 143 bids. It's the most comfortable way of not getting a plot. Fortunately had plenty of houses through the years so not in hurry to get another one demolished.

77 Other bidders on a private medium in the goblet! Decided to enter a bid bc what the heck might as well y'know? If I don't win though... i'm considering transferring to my fiancee's new FC and just grabbing them a house in a few rounds if they don't open the other wards to private buyers.

Last time I checked ~30 for a small plot.

yes, if I bid on a plot and watch said plot and worry about and hope that it will some day be mine is mine so yes

a friend posted his was 250+ on the last one lol

it was a medium in the lavender beds

So that's 1625 Coeurl players either looking to buy their first personal house or relocate from their existing plot.

Well... considering there's only 1 large personal available on my server... probably over 100 now
I'm afraid to go check because I'll be tempted to math out my chance of winning...

So far, only me.

Because
1. its FC only, which is what I want,
2. Its in the subdivisions, which lots of new players have no idea how to even access,
3. Its the new housing area which people didnt bother to unlock.

When I saw the bids in the old areas, I just laughed and warped to Foundation instead.

114 actually, but there also 30 other personal plots available on that server, lowest are 32 entries on 2 personal plots in Goblet and 32 entries on 1 in Mist, and that's about the same as FCFS clicking. Highest is a personal Shiro medium with 210. Also a single personal large, in Goblet, with 153.

funny thing about that is most of the FC area is barren in all the housing wards, and there are medium and a few large FC plots with 0 bidders on Cryngehilder.

I have to wonder how many of those are intent on having a house in Ishgard, and how many don't realize that there are houses available in the other housing districts now.
