If you bought a story skip for $11 USD, you had a 100% chance of getting a Medium FC plot. In any server! Even Balmung!
Only SE can offer RMT for houses!

Have any facts to back up this audacious claim? Or is it along the lines that left-handed players are .18% more likely to receive a house?
Do you enjoy posting aggressive comments while being ignorant at the same time?
Please cite your source for this information. I am interested in the correlation between housing and SE store purchases.
Says the blatantly aggressive poster. Who might as well be ignorant as well, given their lack of any tangible information.
Protip: Posting titles and threads with the equivalent content of a pop-up ad or YouTube clickbait doesn't suggest one is intelligent in any way. It suggests you spend too much time on social media and never learned how to create a title, or an opening paragraph.
Not that I'd expect you to know, because I doubt they teach it anymore, but you'll want to include the five W's. Who, what, when, where and why. It's the way we used to write news. You know, back when all news reported was relevant. Way, way, way back in the day.
So, pretty please, source? (You link a Reddit thread and you lose. Real source, please.)
Lol what a joke. Have you even thought about trying to critically think? Why don’t you search my FCs name on lodestone and see what else pops up.
Not that I expect people like yourself to actually do any research before commenting. Lol
Did you see the plots? And level of the master?
Rumour is if you buy brownies the day before bidding you are 100% guaranteed to win a house. Brownie p2w.
A new player shouldn't even be able to afford a medium or large plot.
Why not? Someone market savvy and willing to put in effort can make gil quick. Being a new player doesn't mean being inexperienced with MMOs and how player markets tend to operate.
Let's stop picking on each other and trying to create rules about who is allowed to have what. Let's work together to get SE to fix the real problem - supply.
A friend of mine when he was new and going through MSQ sold every piece of gear the game gave him, hopped from server to server for bargains to resell. Carrying on in that fashion he was quickly one of the richest in the FC and now I wager he is one of the richest on Zodiark. 100% a new player can afford a house very easily if they are savvy enough.
When I started I was poor for a little while, but got the grasp... back then materials dropped from dungeons as well, usually ended up hording up a bunch quick then selling for 250k combined on the mb.... small things became bigger things... and could easy enough finance and get into the more delicate fields of desynthing and more.
I started in HW around when void ark was the new 24 man raid to do... 4-5 months after I had horded up 8-10millions and got my first small house for 3.5millions or something, that was quite the amount of cash for me to be honest and I felt happy with the house I had.
Honestly it is not the matter of the size of the plot, a house is nice... so is an apartment... you don't really need much whenever it get to it.
I think the gif in my signature says it all.
