Yup, the Ahriman and the Drake. We still have all the 1.22 sub patches and 1.23 to go, so I'd assume we'll get them eventually.

I have a feeling we'll be getting one soon, in the sample music for 1.22 there's a song that isn't in the dats yet, and it sounds like mount music.

I do believe they were deciding on one of the three to give us. From here:

i'm sure any we don't get now will be in 2.0 in some way. Magitek Armour is all i want~

If I remember correctly the Drake and Ariman mount footage was a hey I wonder how this would look type of thing.

Goobes was something he wanted to get in. In other words don't be all broken hearted if they never materialize in game.

I didn't see them say anywhere that we were getting all 3 for sure.. Just that they were experimenting with possible mounts.
I would kill for a drake though.

You know, many of us don't like WoW, but that doesn't mean that every single thing WoW did was bad, nor does it mean that using a good idea suddenly turns the game into WoW. I'm really sick of dumb posts like this.

The goobbue, drake, and ahriman mounts were all just behind the scenes sneak peeks at what they were playing with for possible mount ideas. They were experiments, nothing more, and they stressed that fact when they showed them during the live letter.

They ended up making the goobbue mount a reality because it happened to be a popular idea with SE staff and fans. The drake and ahriman are still just ideas they threw out there, and may never actually be implemented.

I was just about to bring up that post lol, though since they are suggesting that future ones may be harder to obtain, I do hope they at least offer some sort of special feature when using them. Maybe something simple like Drakes won't aggro you on Drake mount and the Eyes won't aggro you on that mount lol.

Psh; I've been broken hearted ever since they skipped over the drake. I feel like most of the excitement over Goobbue was, "How ludicrous! I must have it!" ... but when it comes down to it, between the brick house that takes up 90% of my screen... and a giant, scale-armored, fire-breathing, carnivorous ferret...

Also yes the only mount confirmed for the future is the magitek armor. The drake and ahriman, as others have said, were being considered/played with but they went with goobbues instead.
