I think we can all agree (Despite any balancing issues) that the Revamp for PvP is a major success for FFXIV and we can finally stop memeing about how bad PvP was or if it even exists at all. Hopefully it gets continued support with new gamemodes, rewards and etc
Maybe a rebalance or rework of the Frontline gamemodes (looking at you Seal Rock)
However we still have some other content that's either just okay or just abandoned by both the community and the development team, which are Chocobo Racing and Lords of Verminion. The content hasn't seen any development in a very long time and I think it's time to take a look back at this content and see how to make it more fun and active again
Chocobo Racing could do with a lot of new rewards, maps and maybe just a rework of the racing part of the system itself (it's very clunky)
Lords of Verminion could do with new gamemodes, easier to use controls for people who play on Controller (PC or Console) and of course new rewards as well
I know there's a planned new feature for the Gold Saucer but it would be nice to see these two bits of content get a revamp or at least a breath of new life like PvP did

Lords of Verminion was, in my opinion, an abomination the moment it was released. It needs a serious overhaul. It should have been something akin to Pokemon battling. Again, in my opinion.

I'd be quite happy if they simply deleted Verminion and copied WoW's Pet Battles. Sometimes innovation is good ...sometimes it's better to simply go with something that works.

Actually thinking about Pokémon/WoW Battle Pets what they could do is something with that Final Fantasy Flare.
You create a Party of 4 Minions, each Minion would have X amount of Movesets (be it Attack, Support, Defensive, Healer roles) like in classic Final Fantasy games and you have them fight another players Party or an NPC's party (or Boss Fights in the style of classic Final Fantasy games) -

The problem with lord of vermilion is concerning the pacing, its too tedious, we make strategy and tactic but the pacing is so slow and too randomized, they should make it more fast paced and turn based, make it like game of chesse, where you put something 5 front and 5 behind, the front need to be tanky or melee fighter minion while the backrow is range dps, support and healer or something and the battle end in 1 or 2 min, minion will have aura, buff, skill etc, i will play that game for hundred of hours, just like i spent my time wasted on triple triad for almost 300-400 hours, make it a spammable quick mini game, look at crystal pvp, its a spammable quick pvp

Yeah, as has been said, Verminion could definitely less of an update and more of a complete overhaul. The concept of using your collected minions to battle is a great one but the way they did it is not, and I'm not really sure there's any way to truly fix that without basically burning it all down and starting again. There is still supposed to be some sort of new major attraction added to the Saucer at some point even if it hasn't been mentioned for quite a while so maybe that will be it? Who knows.

I'd like to see TT change from ranks 3, 3, 3, 4, 5 to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to give 1 and 2 star cards more value. I think it works really nicely with Draft and creates a bit more strategy with how you prioritize your card use. More than that, though, I wish we could add a "Random" button next to the "Recommended" button, that would give you a random card of each rank, as well as allow us to set rules for casual matches between other players.
Right now, it's not really enticing to play with friends because TT really isn't fun when you're playing the same deck against one another over and over. But if we could both have our decks randomized each game, I think it could be fun to play with someone while chatting.
