I think we need a vogue emote. I think other games that are not necessarily as attractive to the LGBT+ community already have vogue emotes and FFXIV is a game that is very near and dear to many LGBT+ people so… :)

Forgive me being old and kinda dumb, but what would a vogue emote be?
Isn't that a magazine? Or was it a handbag?
Vogueing is a type of dance! Became popular in the New York ball scene around the 1980’s. https://youtu.be/ksRh4fxTLOs <- It looks like this.
That's too much for gay stuff, so no for me :)
I think this could actually be fun and would love to see it
A dance emote where my male character gets to flop on the ground like a dead fish and shake their booty?
I'd throw my wallet at you.
The majority of dance emotes in this game are awful. So yes for vogue and anything else that doesn't look goofy.
The last thing i want to log on to is limsa in full vogue

Is this it?
Because that one looks better than the sailor moon one.
That one just.......... worries me.
and so far, what I've seen from vogue dance is floppy hands ;)
Ah please! It's been a minute since they added a new dance... Bring it on the dips! :D
If not vogueing, at least waacking!
See, that's what I thought voguing was.....but the sailor moon video was posted first and made me doubt things. So I went hunting for more examples, found https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ydT...evision-Brtbtv, and it's absolute chaos. Gotta love it. lol.
if we were to get a dance based off the real world i would like it if they added this dance

What does the LGBT have to do with Vogue? Not saying I woulndt support another Dance Emote especially with some sass....but why is LGBT attached to this?
I almost wish this game straight up just lifted popular dances because I feel like the ones we currently have are kinda just eh...
Edit: Bee's knees on male characters... looks really bad. I don't know why the movement has to be so stiff compared to the female version :|
It's a style of dance which shares its name with the magazine, due to the dancer typically striking a series of exaggerated poses. It originated in the ballroom scene in NYC, which is considered a very influential/historical lgbtq+ subculture. There's a great documentary on the subject called 'Paris is Burning'.
