Crystal players i have some questions!

1. Total match played? Win / Loss.

1. Jobs you play most often?

2. Which jobs do you not see in crystal?

136 Matches - 66 Wins/70 Losses

I have seen them all. Least is Black Mage

81 Matches - 46 Wins/35 Losses

Again, I mostly see WHM, RDM, WAR, DRG, SUM/NIN/SAM (Equal Amounts.) Least seen are Black Mage and probably Scholar.

Wait I have more matches than that with a better win/loss ratio but I'm still gold 3 😂

This system is so random.

354 played 164 won 190 losses, but im using achievement data for this which would take in casual matches where im messing around on jobs I know nothing about, so its not representative of ranked w/l i dont know where id go for that

So yeah, I am a total dunce and was not paying full attention to what I read (Which is why I don't do Ranked. I don't pay attention.)

All my stats are from Casual Matches.

I have 1 win in Ranked and only played 1 game. So I decided to stay undefeated and save my desk and my keyboard from utter dismay.

I can't find where it shows total matches, but I have 117 wins. Mostly played bard.

1. Cant tell Losses cuz it doesnt say, but it took me about 90 wins to get to crystal

3. RPR, GNB, DNC, BLM, PLD all unpopular choices in high elo. Low elo you see everything.

1 - I got 70 Ranked victories, probably 100+ defeats though.
2 - WAR because it seems that if I don't play WAR I am punished by not getting one on my team while the enemy team does.
3 - GNB, DRK, BLM, Dancer because while you had some jobs that the devs were clearly smoking crack and snorting coke while they designed them *cough* RDM, DRG, WAR, WHM *cough*, some got shafted hard.

1. When I got crystal it was around 70 wins with 54.7% winrate, dunno what it's now.

2. Played WHM from Unranked to Gold, SCH from Gold to mid Plat, then a mix of SCH and BRD to Crystal (and still play them in Crystal).

3. Haven't seen a single GNB or RPR (there's been 2 Dia RPR though). Very few DNC, BLM, DRK. Some PLD and MNK. Rest are plenty.

DRG should not be in that list. The high damage you see at the end of the match belies the fact that a good chunk of it is unfocused AOE - and so heavily inflated - and that unlike every other melee in the game the Dragoon has ZERO cc, and cc is just essential. The lack of cc and the shortness of its burst also means it's bad at closing in on kills, yet killing is what really matters in cc.

It's not just the uncanny damage they have which is like almost a ST LB every 20 seconds, it's the roar, a god damn 50% damage reduction roar.

Don't worry, essentially anyone that's Plat 4 and above get places in the same matching pool. So you're essentially Crystal!

SGE in Ranked, WAR with friends for fun just to mess around in casual (won't use it in ranked).

I've also dabbled in NIN/RDM/MCH.

3. Very rarely see DNC or GNB and when I do GNB is easy to put down and DNC is only annoying if you let them keep buffing their Dance partner.

Well nothing too surprising except the small number of wins you guys have to get there. I feel it all comes down to composition of team you pretty much know if going win or lose from start and my god dam luck on that has been so terrible.. no matter how good I play. Every other match has a hacker or whm war combo in other team. Well something to do but the matchmaking is so bad.
