My Job Tier List After climbing as a relatively new player. Hope it helps!

Out of the 264 wins I have over 800 games. I recorded my wins and losses on a spread sheet.

SS: RDM

RDM: You know the saying: Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee? RDM must haver visited America because now it's move like a jet engine and hit like a nuclear weapon. Team effort to kill them. Silence + Root strong against them.

S Tier: WHM, WAR

WHM: AOE Stun, First to LB, High damage, Endless heals. Use DRK/SCH to counter or chase away.

WAR: High damage, AOE CC, Sustain. Use DRK/ SCH to counter them. Burst works on warriors.

A Tier: DRG, SAM, NIN, SMN, SCH, DRK, MCH
DRG: High damage, High sustain. Burst and DOT when in the air to continue doing damage to them. Roots and Silence works well.
SAM: Two types of CC, shields, always has kill pressure. Ignores guard. DOT them to remove shield and them focus them. When LB is up use silence and root to stop them. Stun doesn't stop LB.
NIN: Highest damage every 30 seconds if you let them set up. Weak to stun, silence and root. You can stun them mid ultimate animation. Keep ninja at a distance to force them to use LB from afar to easily deny. DOT to stop from stealth.
SMN: Will absolutely ruin your team if unchecked. Focus them, do not let them aoe the crystal. Weak to Burst, Silence and Root.
SCH: Can't be solo'd, can influence fight with hp reduction and mitigation. Need to be aggressive. Focus on bursting them or away from your healer or bait out mummify before healing.
DRK: Good at countering top meta. Best stallers in the game. Apply dots and stay away from their zone. Weak to range and CC.
MCH: High damage if you leave them unchecked. Weak to root and silence, and can't duel well.

B Tier: MNK, RPR, AST, SGE, DNC
MNK: Good damage, can clear a point from stalling. Weak to burst.
RPR: Highest damage in the game if left ignored. Weak to burst.
AST: Good at influencing fights, good at keep team self sustaining. Requires team effort. Kill them first to deny buffs.
SGE: good damage, can control an area well. Needs to be selfish with their own buff to sustain. Focus when their LB is UP and force them to use it away from crystal.
DNC: Low damage, but can peel and survive very well. Ignore them unless ult is up. Weak to burst, silence and root. They can buffer dash a stun.

C Tier: BLM, Paladin, GNB, BRD
BLM: Takes too long to ramp up, can get high damage, but too easily picked off, and even when spamming frozen to slow/sleep they still can't kite. They lack upfront damage for kill pressure. Pretty good at unleashing damage when contesting a point and people are forced to fight on the objective, they can top charts when focusing under those conditions. Very weak to CC. A lite version of SMN.
PLD: Weak all around. Respect the damage they get from Ultimate. They can hit surprisingly hard with it. Everything works against them.
GNB: Second highest tank damage, can be kited though. Extremely weak kit but can ruin you if you let them get close.
BRD: Weak damage, weak mobility and weak team buffs. You're a CC bot, have to silence and root one of the OP jobs to have an effect, but their CC is top level for sure.

What about BLM? Did nobody pick them?

I wouldnt be surprised if he just forgot, i see like 1 every 15 games or so, they arent played all that much. Not to say they arent there they just dont have much representation.

An overpower broken job posts about being crystal and leaves off all i play in CC ranked!
The issue with blm is its a support... you OP broken dps need to protect it not leave it to nin to kill it in 2 secs, no joke on that...

Nice work to have a quick review of classes.
Knowing how tier lists can be influenced by what we play (whatever the game is, it's too hard to be perfectly objective), it would be interesting you tell us what you play in PvP
(we see "NINJA" in your menu, but we can't be sure if it's what you play, and if you only play it) (just as an exemple, I say this because in some games, an assassin class might seem op just because you play a squishy glass cannon like a kind of mage).
+ the game is easy to understand, in a way, but it's still very early to be sure the good players into PvP found the right way to play their class in each content (in every game, players ends to find things, especially when some classes might be more "noob stomper" because of some mechanics but they could be countered in a way at higher level of experience (not to eventually reverse the tier list but to greatly reduce the gap between classes).
+ maybe some classes, because of their gameplay, are more made to be played in premade teams and just less good if they are played in solo.
+ we don't know if it's actually viable to all PvP contents as your title looks like being very general while you're showing your Crystalline Conflicts board only.

I don't know what you're getting at, sorry. I play NIN. I have nearly triple the losses on this so called noobstomper job. I posted the image to show you that I have 800 plus games worth of experience.

Also, I am sorry to say but there is PVE bros that have never touched PvP in their life that are currently Crystal. The rank in itself means nothing.

I am just simply quickly stating the jobs strengths and weaknesses from my experience and rank them by how much team difference they can make.

if only blm was a glass cannon instead of just being glass.

I feel like one of things that makes RDM strong is how painfully simple its flow is compared to the other DPS.

If your melee combo isn't ready, you hang back and annoy people with spells and Resolution CC. If it is ready, you just pick someone on the enemy team and try to assassinate them after using Engagement (And additionally Frazzle if you didn't feel a need to burn it on Magic Barrier prior).

buddy am way beyond upset, been pvping on and off for 6 years as blm. Congrats on crystal but you have to understand my salt!

You might not have get what I meant, I never said NIN was a noobstomper job.
I took exemple of assassins who look op in games like MOBAs where mages could be easily destroyed by (while a tank won't see problem against them).
So yeah, as I said, I wasn't even sure you were playing NIN.

I was curious to better understand your perspective, as you said, it's only yours, so it matters we know what job you play to better understand it.

Why are you so angry lol. I think their insight has merit because when you look at the kits of all the pvp jobs you get similar conclusions weaknesses vs strengths. Suddenly you know what to do to beat them and while not easy in a chaotic setting it an interesting matchup type A vs B gameplay. Like the elemental system in eureka. I have said it before I feel the PvE mode has framed how we see these jobs in battle. Alot of what I hear is 'I don't want to play like this on "my" favorite job.' Yes let's adjust the potencies carefully but this system is refreshing once you get over it's not PvE version.

Heck, some of them are....cough more interesting than their PvE counterpart. Good assessment.

About BLM

So I was testing some things about it's kit and realized it's highest potential is in spreading it's debuff before proc execution. Since this maybe already know info I'm just sharing my impression, the scaling is kinda crazy. In the hands of a team that react quickly to low hp player BLM is really good. I can get at least 3 fire (paradox) people maybe 4 with LB under either bind or fire dot. And all 3rd elements spread the dot. This job basically juggles dots before execution. Heck the burst skill is big brain lol. It's either a dmg increase (with high shield) if used with sleep or you timidly hold it as just lol defense. And sleep is a benefit to the team any way because is just procs 6k no matter who triggers it.

Even better if you use it on a person who just purified after immunity drops...guess what ...zzz goodnight. Rush and burst. This job is so simple (probably the simplist) it's insane and yet the potential is scary if Yoshi does what I think he will do lol after they get the numbers back.

If your not use to juggling dots well...it's too late bard is different now. And no you are a glass cannon but how you do damage is much harder than spam fire and you still do that. Swiftcast/aetherial manipulation can be done to your self lol. So they designed easy but made BLM harder to execute. "Oh noo they are going to target me and delete me" always...well yeah you are a threat in the right hands.

If your not spreading the fire and ice love picking who to bind or give a dot your not trying. If this is hard to do well....idk. know the weaknesses of the jobs will tell you who to give ice to vs fire. The potencies are exactly the same for a reason. I suspect because it's Yoshi's fav, he only approved if he knew it was good. Despite the blatant simplicity at first glance, there is alot of decision making here. Maybe that's not very obvious. Aoe scales and BLM can indeed at current potencies x the number of players with dots, do dmg. I'm sure they will make this easier to pull off with adjustments since it's kinda weak right lol.

Yes, thats not the issue, its lack of hp and defence is. Why the fuck does war get a 15 sec stun and blm, the job who in lore had stun as a spell gets a sleep on a 30 sec cooldown that procs after 6 secs. HP is too low, DMG is little too low, its made like a glass canon as someone has said but lacks the cannon. Most people who are good players can delete blm, noobs are easy to deal with but half way decent player just goes right for you non stop all game making it 4 V 5. So while most people suck so bad you can deal with them, the good players not so much. Just fuck off with people defending what SE has done to blm most people know it needs buff to be competitive in higher ranks. Make RDM a high burst DPS and BLM the support wtf. Lastly you think BLM is easy compared to other jobs play more dude, try RDM and tell me same again. Also play 50 games of ranked with blm in a row then say your stupid thoughts again.

warrior has a 15s stun?

imo samurai and dragoon are the most absurd with ninja, red mage, and monk closely behind
WHM is pretty terrible but maybe not so much without the bug
almost all the other dps and healers are borderline ignorable which is a strangely huge gap

the tanks I'm not really super sure how to feel, warrior cc is great but their survivability is not. Dark Knight and Paladin are the opposite and gunbreaker is kind of going for more dps

They have a 12K shield coupled with 100% lifesteal, which is generally better then what the other tanks get comparatively and actually allows them to go diving into crowds of enemies without getting melted.

DRK has a 8K shield, PLD has a 12K shield + 10% mitigation, and GNB has either nothing, a 18K heal over 12 seconds, or a 20% mitigation buff.

I disagree with reaper being highest dmg if ignored. Rpr dmg values are low. Any person allowed to freecast/free attack is dangerous. Or should be.

A reaper left to free attack isnt much of a threat. Only if your hp is low and you are out of mana is reaper dangerous, but that applies to every job.
