Possible Housing Bug: No 100% Refund after Lottery

I have seen, that I received no 100% refund after the lottery.

I entered the lottery and made a bid for a private house for 3.750.00 Gil. Yesterday, I got the result that I didn't won against the others for the plot and claimed my refund.

But I didn't get the full 100% refund of 3.750.000. I got only 3.250.000 Gil after the lottery. This means, 500.000 Gil are missing!

Did someone also realize, that the refund was not correct after you claimed it?

I got mine all back 100%, but with how things are... I 100% believe you, it just seems like something that would happen.

Oh wow, I didn't realize it when the refund gave me 3 million gills, but when I rechecked the ward lists, my plot was 3,187,500 gills. Does this happen to specific plots or something?

I think I might have seen someone in shout chat say they didn't get 100% of the gil back after withdrawing their entry from a 0 winner house.

I was wondering that too. I thought it asked for 50 mill for a large plot, but got back 47.5 mill. I don't know any way to check.

One of the large estates was only 47.5mil not 50mil so make sure it was the right large

Did it possibly have something to do with the relocation discount or were these fresh purchases?

I have transferred plots alot including during this lottery. You get refunded a certain amount from your previous estate so no discounts or anything. I got something like 3mil from transferring from my medium to the new large. I would make sure that plot cost that amount of gill since different locations cost slightly different amounts. Example is the 6 large plots (Really the 3 since subdivisions are the same just rotated differently) 2 cost 47.5mil and the other 4 cost 50mil. Think it was 22/52 that cost 47.5mil

That's the problem. I can't "make sure" of anything. There's no transaction log.

In shout chat my friend told me on lamia an fc could not get the refund on the only house they bid on, but I think square knows this may be another issue they are resolving. It probably has to do with the system not realizing the lottery period is over yet and is not reporting a winner. But it did report a winner and it is borked. I swore I seen this mentioned in the list of issue they found when investigating, but if after all of this anyone still has a strange amount refunded or none at all you could always put in a support ticket and they should be able to check if it doesn't get resolved when everything else is.

22/52 was the 47,500,000 gil plot.
I know well, because I won that one, lol.

The other two were 50,000,000 because they were deemed to be top-tier/grade and for some reason 22/52 was one tier/grade lower.

I know 30/60 was classed like that because of the baths access.
And I figure 12/42 was classed like that because it's on a main street so it would be a decent venue spot.

22/52, I dunno. It's the highest plot in the ward. You can see everything from there. It was weird to be a couple million cheaper.
