I want to see...my black mage smoke a pipe!

Yeah yeah, it could endorse smoking, big deal. The warning labels are posted everywhere, if you take the risk, you take the risk. Enough of that before it starts.

I think it'd be amusing, it holds no real purpose in game, except amusement. But when I think of wizards..I think of robes, large brim hats, magic and long stemed pipes!

I want to lounge, pipe in hand and puff puff puff.



But seriously..there could be certain little things like this for each class/job that is in some way representative to the what they are. Let me utalize the pack or pouch item slot in my gear menu with a pipe, or mug of ale. Complete with prolong effects... you smoke the pipe for more than 10 minutes continously, smoke collects around your head, or in a halo. You drink ale for more than 10 minutes, your screen gets distorted, fuzzy, when you stand up you stumble around for a few moments before getting your bearings. Just silly little things really, but games need silly little things!

Maybe a pipe that make Mana enchanted bubbles?

Smoking the pipe will consume all of the food in your inventory.

Exactly! Gandalf is prime example of whats inspired me to this train of thought. That and I genuinely like pipes.

It makes me happy so many people are actually cool and encouraging this idea, I really didn't think it would have gotten a good response. lol Now we just need one of the reps to catch wind of it and pass it on to someone in the gear dept. or whatever they would send it too.

People have already asked for an old Final Fantasy series staple: Bacchus' Wine.

Unfortunately, the Dev Team have said they cannot add it due to the age rating the game currently has. (Regardless of the three pubs... err... Adventurer's Guilds that are featured heavily. Guildleves, anyone? Or with the consumption of what I can only assume is alcohol, or insinuated to be in the opening cutscene. There is already White Wizard in-game. Agoven Seladak on the Masamune server. You have to get your own color now.
