The new PvP Abilities seem really fun

It seems like the Job flavor gets to shine in the new PvP, I'm not sure if there's enough buttons to all of them but each Job seems to have more flavor than some of their PvE counterparts.

In terms of pure creativity, it looks like the PvP team has done a fantastic job. Some of this stuff is absolutely wild and totally unique!

With some balancing considerations, we need these PvP people moved to the PvE team. They obviously know how to excite people.

I'm looking forward to this.

Whoever designs PvE jobs needs to take notes from the PvP designers, honestly.

PvP healing looks more fun than PvE healing, I'll tell you that much.
PvE healing doesn't even make sense half the time.

White Mage's Aero II (Level 46) gets upgraded to Dia (Lv 72) and cost 200 MP more but does the same amount of damage.
The skill costs more MP because the animation effect changed. It's actually a downgrade.

Meanwhile PvP healers all have unique toolkits and isn't just a carbon copy of one another.

I do play some pvp not a lot but this does look like fun. Sure I'll try it cause a couple of my friends take me with them often enough.

I’m excited for PVP. Gonna be the first things I try after I get my portrait plate together. Probably gonna try frontlines first because the 5V5. Get myself use to my new abilities. I love the Astro abilities in pvp so it’s gonna be my main for sure.

These PVP healing skills look like so much fun, with four to pick from it's actually looking like there could be 4 fun and good PVP healing jobs!

It seems like the PvP allows them to experiment with ideas that they couldn't normally in PvE. Players responded very favorably to some of the concepts put forward with Logos and Lost actions for similar reasons.

DRK in particular is very well done. They basically took the HP as a resource idea from other games and ran with it, with Bloodspiller now acting as the functional equivalent of Minus Strike to synergize masterfully with Eventide's 1 HP state. I really want to see more experimentation along these lines. I'd love to see full fledged Runic for spell denial, or a healer with Reflect. I think that the more PvP diverges from standard PvE principles, the more fun of a game mode it's going to be.

I enjoy PvP in general, but these changes have me really excited for it when maint is done.

The new LB's, where every job has something that goes a long with the job fantasy, feel a bit like how 2-hour abilities worked in XI; every job has a unique "ultimate" ability. I'm hoping this will make PvP more interesting (though RIP old BRD LB, guess now I have to stick with pack on objectives since that's where the new LB will shine and get the most bang for its buck).
