2002 error all of NA Data centers

Just started getting 2002 Lobby server connection error on all NA data centers when I try to log in..
Able to connect to EU

Please investigate :)

trace dies after:
ae-3.r25.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net
no response after that node for any NA server.

I can confirm this. Other data centers can be connected to, only NA data center receives 2002 error, failed to connect to lobby server. There are currently no notices on official website.

confirming problem as well. Got disconnected while playing. Now lobby server error.

It appears lobby server is offline for NA data center now... waiting for announcement.
I don't know if there is a phone number for emergency support, but I think someone might have noticed.
Hoping to see announcement on official site soon.

Yeah, this sort of issue would throw a flag on monitoring software for sure. Incident response and managers are probably getting woken up to phone calls at home :D

I made a technical support post on the JP forum above and see if someone notices on the JP end, we are still awake here, its 8:32pm.

Maybe some loporrits chewed on a power cord... Guess we wait
