Option to turn OFF ground waymarks locally only for yourself

Please add an option to turn off ground waymarks locally only for yourself.

They only create a distraction when all 8 of them placed around arena by party for no clear reasons.

One of the latest trial is pretty dark, and all i can see are tons of useless waymarks in my face, while trying hard to find where are snakes or other things.

Same, lots of groups like having marks and signs everywhere, but to me it's all visual noise that tires me out and confuses me. I want to turn off the ground glowing markings and leave less glowy symbols floating in the air.

Also an option to leave visible only waymark related to your current role and position can be a useful option.

why in Zodiarks name would you want them turned off, you aren't raiding are ya?

Quite honestly, I think the real problems might be the following two, neither being mutually exclusive...

#1: The spacing of the markers is awful. Moving specific markers further in/out generally helps with specific mechanics such as Snakes landing on some spots, or trying to find a very specific ground spot based on arena textures

#2: There are more markers in the arena than needed causing them to become a detriment or pointless rather than a benefit. This depends on the fight/arena as various arenas happen to have very deliberate floor murals to indicate AOE sizes

My rule of thumb is at minimum you should have a North and optionally a south marker for reorientation (exception: Alliance raids with ABC marker layouts for specific fights), the rest is optional.

Yes. Why wouldn't i want it, if they only making fight harder for me? I know where North and rest of directions are. I don't need to see all of useless waymarks, if i don't need them.

Again, useless waymarks in Thordan Unreal are distracting from finding knight outside of arena at 2nd eye.

Same as useless waymarks were in Sophia Unreal.

A lot of people use them superfluously. I'd rather have them as a minimal visual or disabled entirely for many fights.

Apart from being able to toggle them off, and option to lower their brightness, maybe in couple steps, would be welcome. People perceive brightness differently and someone might appreciate the data the markers can offer, but their current execution can render them more disturbing than the information they offer can be a benefit. Especially now that they can't be changed in the midfight, a marker that can be beneficial for one mechanic can also render another mechanic unable to dodge or pass. And that's not even taking into accord the superfluous use.
