The only one I can think of who has an unique hairstyle not available to players, black hair and supposedly yellow eyes... Is Yotsuyu...

Yotsuyu's eyes are more like a pastel green. But apparently they're "yellow."

Anyway, OP talkin about Yotsuyu.

Yotsuyu's eye are grey. Probably intentional to reflect her heart. But I do agree that she is the most likely candidate.

If it's Endsinger then we probably wont ever het her hairstyle because look at complaint threads about clipping hair/tails through armor.
it's very hard to make long hairs and even harder to make extremely long hairs that wont clip through armor or while animating.

ppl like Zenos/endsinger/yotsuyu are NPCs that have one clothing option and move only as much as scripts tell them

tho i'd like her hair as a male option too

Her eyes are not grey.

This is definitely referring to Endsinger, but I'm not sure there would even be a proper way to translate her hair to a playable character version.

I don't think it can be Yotsuyu anyway because we already have her hair. Or something like it. I saw it last time I was changing my hairstyle. There's something with those flat bangs and long hair and I was pretty sure that was her style.

I was thinking Endsinger because as I was reading the description I was looking at my phone lock screen. My lock screen is the endsinger lol.
