Comapny seals, where do YOU farm them?

Best places to earn GC seals? Group and SOLO.

Solo (Gridanian's only)

- Fight Sirocco and Phaia
- Get extra item in Inventory
- Return
- Get Company seals (700-950 seals per run)
- Rinse and Repeat =)

Group ( Toto-Rak for 2 people)

- Speed Run in 20 or less Mins
- Each run usually nets (1000-1200 seals per run) Run= 40 or less mins
- Return and retrieve seals
- Rinse and Repeat =)

4man Dzemael Darkhold, about 6k-7.5k seals per run (haven't split between party).

Toto-Rak, I wish there was some way to Guaranty that all five chests will drop. Too often does the main middle chest give just gil. I'm so so tired of that. Altho I love it when it randomly drops three items. I didn't know that could happen until last night.

yeah if you have the folks 4 man DH runs are amazing seals. People do TR because of speed and only needing 2 peeps but if you have 4 (that know what they are doing) DH is better.

I always make sure to open the gold chest last, not sure if this helps but seems to, same in DH (damned vampire cutting!)

I'll take your vampire cuttings if you don't want them.

Totorak is the best way to make seals.

caravans and other things are a fail, gj SE.

How the hell do you kill batraal with four people? A war and a whm can take on the boss, but against the skelletons...?

What do you like, have another war just tank them and a whm heal him while the other pair kills the boss?

I think the last time we did it we went 2 x WAR 1 WHM 1 MNK 1 war main tank other WAR and MNK get skellies WHM heals all but the others need to heal themselves and use defensive buffs when available.

Edit: we did it in AF gear

Hmm me and my wife have duo'd Toto-rak about 30 times these last few days and the most seals we've made for 1 run is 500 each, on average we only get 2 items per run thats only 200-300 seals each >.<

We do 10-min speed runs to but the damn chests never cough-up

We do clear it, open all the chests every run (well 4 of them + the final 2/3 in the boss room) and we barely get a thing.

Need to get to the Final Boss at the top part of your map, and you need to do the following to make all 5 pop:

-Speed
-Kill All sets of Chiggoes
-Get all 16 cells
-Get All Chests
-Kill Final Boss

Those are what you need to do to get all 5 to pop at the end, ave time is 20 min, if you good at it can be done in 16 mins.

-There are 2 chest in the first wave, 1 in the second, 1 in the third, and 2 in the 4th: 6 Chests in all you need to get

Ah, I never knew you could get up to 5 chests spawn at the end, seems like we'll have to adjust our speed-run slightly.

Kill all puddings is not needed

Toto-rak Speed run, 5 Boss Chest requirement:

-Duo Party- (I do with any combination of MNK and BLM)

-Speed Run 25min or less (I usually do 10-11mins here If done right)
-Kill all 3 Chiggoe sets
-Open all 6 Chests in the Dungeon (Boss Chest not included)
-Kill any of the Boss
-Light All 4 Magitek Devices (16 Photocells)

There's a strategy / way on how to do it quick, but I'll let you figure it out yourself.
Why? coz It's more fun that way! (Just being lazy)

Hint: Each person has it's own task on each section, divide the task correctly and you'll have a quick speed-run.

2 Runs is the best choice, set HP on Silent Arbor, Teleport to City, turn in Items then return.

Remember to clean Loot List / Inventory beforehand, you only have 3mins Looting.

Be quick to trade on Doubles.

Oh.. someone told me it was Puddings... lol, oh well Chiggoes you always run into them anyways and they aggro.. I get rid of them in 1 blow :P.

A friend and I have been killing the mites near the top of the map in the last section instead of the chigoes, which seems to work.

Hmm on a few sites it only states to kill roughly 25% of the mobs, on my last run I missed 2 mites and still got the chest.

Nope, it is the 2 bombs in the 2nd part of the map as listed here:

I have tested this myself killing nothing else but these 2 bombs and gotten all 5 chest.

It is possible that there is multiple triggers, but I know for a fact killing just the 2 bombs works.

Puddings... Mites.. Bombs.. OH MY! :o

it is probably wiping out any one species. if thats so the bombs would be easiest since there are only 2

First Boss Chest Stuff
There is some debate ofer the spawn conditions of the first boss chest. In Dezmael, Aurum and Cutters, this chest has been pinpointed to a specific mob(s). However there are varying reports on which mob, or group of mobs are the target for the first chest. Theories include
- Kill all 3 groups of Tainted Lice
- Kill all Puddings (I say just the one)
- Kill 2 bombs in second area
- Kill 3 mitelings in last area
- Kill a certain quantity of mobs.
But it could be multiple triggers, 1 pud, 3 might's, 6 mosquitoes
It has to be agreed now that its not 100% 1 mob.
