Home World Transfer should have a 50% discount when they re-enable it

I've been stuck in this datacenter for weeks now, they should give us a 50% discount on the Home World Transfer service.

That's a reasonable ask. I think that'd definitely be a nice offer to people. Run a special for like a 2 week period for migrating characters via the Transfer service. Redistribute the populations to help with server stability in the future.

lol Damn. That was Dec 5. Tho to be fair, it is still pretty busy so who knows when. Can't be mad when the only reason it's off is because pretty much everyone is playing atm.

A discount would be nice but all I want is for home world transfers to be back ASAP before Patch 6.05 comes out, I gotta go back to JP otherwise I'd become depression incarnate if I'll be stuck for longer in NA.

When the OCE DC comes up transferring to that will be free.

They just need to enable it,I don’t care about the fee, just let me get out of my server.

I don't think a general discount would be the way to go, but we probably need free transfers to rolling preferred worlds pretty soon

There are no preferred worlds. There aren't even any designated as Congested. The implication is that they're all pretty much equally full.

Not sure why anyone would expect a discount for transferring if everywhere's full and they don't really want/need players to transfer.

When OCE happens, yes, likely free transfers will be enabled, either for everyone across the board, or at least to the data center.

Fingers crossed they do open up for 6.05, tho. Congestion sure does seem like it's letting up, surely shouldn't be too much longer that it needs to be restricted.

Actually its very likely theyll make it straight up free if/when they add new worlds or data centers. Though its prolly only if you are moving to one those new worlds or if you were coming from a congested world kind of deal.

Gotta actually enable it first.
