People abusing AFK system ... in thier own home ....

Seriously you ruining fun for other's and very unfair and selfish of you if you are using bots or scripts to bypass AFK system in your own home.... shame on you ....

I mean yeah people abusing the afk system, old stuff. BUT IN "THIER" OWN HOME?!!! We can't allow that! Not in thier own home! How dare they to desecrate thier own home for this stuff! Have at least the decency to do it in yuor neighbours house!

Obviously botting outside yuor homes is perfectly fine! Only botting in yuor own home is wrong!

Edit: Botting is obviously bad, don't do it no matter where. You just risk to lose your account for nothing.

Working from home is not a crime, crafting in your virtual home while youre at home working from home is also not a crime. If I see you on my lawn I'm calling the cops, op.

While people AFKing really isn't helping the situation, people did that already. They've always done that. It's just now it's more apparent because of the server constraints. You're pointing your anger towards the wrong target.

I kept reporting someone for being AFK in the GC barracks. The GMs did nothing.

If people would open their eyes you would realize that is the least exploitive thing that these people with bots/scripts are doing. See the endless circus of tradeskill crap tossed to overflow and deflate the market? See all the bots and all the automated bots that play your job for you and even give descriptive graphical indicators of where to move? That is all the norm now. Cheating is the norm in the game. Too little, too late.

Report them. That's really all you can do.

If they are using bots and the like, sure. But there's nothing against the ToS by keeping yourself logged in manually by moving your character around or something. It is technically playing the game, just not at a particularly fast pace.

I understand. I wouldn't just report people without proof. And I'm one of those 9 to 5 normies that get raked over coals by the queues every night. But if they're cheating they should be reported and banned. But nothing is stopping someone from just playing all day and thus never logging off. Like you said they could just move there character every once and awhile and never trigger it. While to me that's still abusing the system it's not illegal in the T.O.S.
