So I am confused about something. I was reading up on the Endwalker expansion and in their News about Early Access and Expansion packs it says even if you do participate in the early access you still have to put in a 20 digit code or you won't be able to play. I didn't get anything but a 20 digit code when I paid the 60 bucks for the early access expansion pack. At the top it says one thing then at the bottom it says:
"Early Access Participants
Players who participated in early access are able to continue playing the expansion after the official release."
So again I am confused. It says I have early access on my account but the Endwalker expansion isn't showing being bought. I am concerned that despite shelling out the money for the expansion and early access I am going to lose it. Am I misunderstanding or have they worded stuff really badly? Can anyone either confirm my fears or put them to rest?

You have to register the expansion separately from the early access. I know it's a bit confusing, but check your e-mail. You should have a mail from SE with a link to your registration code. Grab that, stick it in the mog station, and you're all set.

Is there a red bar or button in your email? If so it's a link to your access codes. Also if you didn't opt to pay for early access right away you would have gotten another email when they charged you back on Nov 15th with a link.

Go check your order on SE's store. The one where you get the EW Early Access code. There should be another code that is for full access.

I had to go through the SE Store website to get the registration code for the full release version. It's "going around your ass to get to your elbow" and is a bit of a pain, but it'll get you what you need to be able to continue playing without interruption.Quote:

They really need to update how they handle this.. I was lucky to have my game through Steam so for me it was easy enough.. but the Mogstation and such have always felt so needlessly convoluted..

Go the the email that links you to your Early Access code. Click the link, log in and - at least on the Squeenix side, there should be the EW code right underneath it
