Unplayable

3 hours in queue from 5k+, get lobby error at around 500 in queue, get put at 4k all over again, no thanks.

If only there were other threads your could have posted this in.

Is it too much to ask that it can remain in one thread? Surely it's not too hard to notice the countless other threads. We get it and so do they. This should be considered spam at this point and I would rightly wish mods start deleting and handing some blocks to the people execessively making new threads.

Yes, that's too much to ask. The one thread methodology only exists for damage control. People making their own threads is a better representation of volume of aggravated customers.

Everyone is Free to Vent and is Valid.

GamesGainingTTV is Free to Vent that they can't play the game atm because of the Error everyone is experiencing.

Except it doesn't add anything to the conversation at this point and is literally just spam. We have the reports, we have the reasons and they are working on the solutions.

Expansion should have never been released. Square should have delayed a few months. There was no reason to release knowing very well they they would have these problems. I see alot of people complaining they cant login but the real issue is new people cant even CREATE A CHARACTER TO EVEN GET TO THAT POINT.

Hey, I just logged on during prime time hours without much issue. Seems to be possible.

All the complaining in the world won't make the hardware necessary for SE to set up new servers magically be available.

Werent people already crying when it got delayed 2 more weeks? imagine if they delayed it for 3 months and still got nothing solved.

The game would have been playable for the majority. Square is going to lose money cause of this. They already gave away 25% of there subscription fee for a month and already talking about more. Every million subscriptions that's almost 4 million dollars a month.

Except, OP is well aware of the situation as pretty much every post is regarding this for days

Not to mention, try explaining to the shareholders and the CEO of the company that you're just going to sit on the already overdue expansion for an entire quarter, even though it is finished and ready to release. "We have too many people buying the game and paying subscriptions, let's not release it."

Try explaining to the same people yea we aren't getting any money this month cause we gave it away.

Just because I just joined forums doesn't mean I just joined the game, your logic astounds me! Better yet, the fact that I haven't had much reason to join the forums before this shows how much agitation this situation is causing me and other people.

imagine how annoyed people that PAID for this game and have been unable to play for 5 DAYS now feel.

I saw this coming long ago. After seeing the news, my expectations are low. Not my first rodeo for xpac launches. Got workarounds planned.

Day 1 (Fri) - Public holiday for me. Launcher and Login system has issues at 5pm (+8 GMT). 3000 queue. Got multiple 2002s. Then I'm able to queue and I got 7000 queue. Watched TV shows and played other games. Waited hours to play it. 2002s are gone though. Did not complain because I expected it.
Day 2 and 3 (Sat/Sun) - Its my off days. Woke up early and play. Only 2 digit queue.
Day 4 (Mon) up to today - Work from home. Turn on PC at 4.55pm. Around 700 queue. Able to play at 5.30-5.40pm when my work ends.
Next week - Work day at office. Will turn on my PC with power savings on before going to work. Using remote desktop to que at 5.25pm (+8 GMT) beating peak hours. Should get about 700-1000 queue. Probably around 100 left when i reach home.

My PC is on wired cable. Less chance of 2002s.

I've been doing things. Walking my dog. Running errands. Doing homework. Planning my queue time.

Only to get the login page, get booted and told "The world is full, please try again when it's not"? Guess what, they're gonna be full the whole time. Get that error and you won't be able to requeue. At ALL. It is very upsetting.

I can handle two hours, I can't handle waiting for two or three hours only to be told "too bad, you can't join at all." So far the only available time has been about 4am in the morning. But I'm a student and that's unreasonable. Asking people to just adjust their lives is not taking into account that many people are already doing just that, same as you, and are still unhappy. Do better square enix.

Actually it isn't when it's primarily the same couple dozen people replying to every one of those threads with what is basically a repost of what they said in the copy thread before it.
