Only a few reasonable things to get frustrated about really. For one, why lose your place in queue after 2002 error? Second, its very obvious they're giving streamers priority. Everything else is to be expected.

Because you don't play on EU, same as most of the biggest streamers. We don't have that luxury here.

I am not taking any side here, but I think the point is that, according to them, none of the streamers seem to be having ANY trouble at all. That would actually be quite odd when so many regulars seem to be having issue.

I have not confirmed it myself, but that would be VERY suspect if true.

It took me 45 minutes, but I got logged in a little before 3am and played happily until about 8am. And I'm old, so the only streaming I have anything to do with is in the bathroom.

i wont, i been switching alts all day on excalibur the biggest que i've been hit with is 400. even if i do somehow get stuck behind a large que i will tab out and browse the web instead of complaining about something we all knew was going to happen

No trouble on Famfrit. Logged on PS5 and PC, twice, in under 5 minutes.

Lets rename early access into shitty access :D

Cerberus Server EU, waited around 1 hour and 30 minutes, started at 7860 queue, dropped to 5000 something and bam! Lost connection to the lobby. This is my 3rd try, it's not just wait to log, I can wait no worries as long as I know that if I wait, I'll be able to play the game, this is like winning the lottery! I agree with a lot of other users here, don't give us the "unexpected increase in numbers of players" you know how many players pre-ordered the expansion and are eligible for early access. Bonus or not, If you "gift" someone something, you better deliver it, otherwise it's a sh*tshow like this early access. I expected much more from SE, this is not their first expansion+early access. Don't downplay the situation saying: " The login queues are stable and although they may appear to be moving slowly or the countdown numbers may not seem to be progressing, we have confirmed that the queue is moving forward steadily as intended. Logins will occur in order, so we kindly ask that you wait until you are logged in. Please be aware that if you cancel and leave the queue after joining, you will be sent to the end of the line."

I have access just fine.

NA servers are totally fine, sounds like its just the EU servers having major issues.

I was one of the ones complaining this morning. I was not able to get in until 2 hours and 20 mins after the launch time. I had to fight the "Error 2002" boss, and then when I did get past that boss I was in a Que of 4456. But ever since I have logged and been able to get back in. So yeah I was pissed as hell and was screaming bloody murder, and O Square Enix is just like Blizzard. But I have since taken that back cause I been able to get in back and forth and have been able to play. So in place of anger now I am happy. I do hope everyone has been able to log in and have fun as well.

EDIT....For those still trying to enter, I do hope you are able to get in soon. I apologize if my statement above sounded insensitive or more like I was thinking of myself. But I do want all my fellow light warriors to have fun as well.

It's an expansion launch of perhaps the most popular MMO currently. People need to have patience.

My toon is on Tonberry server and I also had nightmare with 5-6k queue and 2002 error etc. But I regard this as paying an incentive for playing on more populated server. If you ever play any MMO in the past, the launch never really went well. There is a room for improvement though. I can understand initial queue and errors but once you logged in you should not be at the end of queue. It is very frustrating experience if I have to wait another few hours (3 hours for me) after you get kicked out from the server through no fault of your own. :) Queues are gone now so I'm happy but just my 2 cents
