Where is my game cd key???

I preordered the game a while back and got an email with the preorder bonus code in etc but when i go to th square store there is no order, history or anything showing i bought the game, so how am I supposed to get the cd key for launch?

The Endwalker full game code will be available in your Square Enix Store account on the release date, December 7th. Activate by December 10th to ensure uninterrupted game play from Early Access.

I got the same email.

Yeh, and it look's like they give us 3 days to secure it, so it's not too bad. I mean, it's a weird way of doing it, but I wouldn't expect any less from that site. :P

I wonder if that means you don't get the collector's edition items until the 7th? Prolly.

im just worried it doesnt even show in my order history at all on their site? does yours?

You have to go to their store site specifically, not your account page. Not the Mogstation either, but the actual Squeenix store you ordered it from. It should be under orders there. At least, that’s where it is for me. Might be different if you’re a Steam or a PlayStation user.

There are a lot of things in this game I will defend til my last breath, but their website design is not one of them. -_-

I am the same I checked out as a guest to..made an account with the info after so hoping I didn't make a booboo I do however have email anyone able to confirm if they actually see endwalker in there?

This is a stupid question, but terrible web design necessitates it: are you sure you're logging in to the store with the right account? Endwalker shows up in my order history.

I logged in with the email that got the message which is the one I used when I made the order but I did check out as a guest think that will effect it?

Better question does it show your endwalker preorder or your full cdkey?

So from the sounds of it I will likely get a code emailed to me akin to the preorder did you check out as a guest like me op?

As per the email, it will only show the early access key until the 7th, at which point it will also show the actual key.

If you checked out as guest, it will not show up on your account. You should get the code emailed to you, but if you don't receive it at launch, you may need to contact the store support.

To answer your question, no, mine does not look like that. I checked out under my FF14 account, so my items are all there. As previously mentioned though, since you checked out as a guest, the code might be mailed to you. I hope that is the case since I wouldn't wish Squeenix support on anyone. They're fine when they get to you, but it can take em a while to respond.

Either way, as long as you're cleared for Early Access, you're in the same boat as the rest of us right now. :)

I preordered with an old card and I have a new card now. The old one is deactivated. I had checked out as a guest and if you try to manage your order it wants the previous card...which is deactivated so I'm assuming as a guest I'd have to rebuy the expansion.

I have Early Access registered so I dunno how it'll go down. But rebuying the xpac isn't a big deal to me so we'll see.

I emailed SE support and it said that it will email you the new registration key from the online store by December 7th.

the whole web system is a mess. I think i paid as a guest too and then somehow my account messed up when making it and i cant remember what happened but in end i logged in with moogle account tied to same email so no idea what they are doing but whoever designs their websites needs firing.

The sad thing is that it actually used to be worse. I remember needing to bounce between three different websites when I bought Heavensward.

The game keys won't show on your order history until the 7th. The emails sent out this morning clarify that.

Until the 7th, only your pre-order bonus code will be listed.

If your pre-order does not show at all in your purchase history, go back to your original confirmation email and make certain you made your purchase through the SE account and not as a guest.

when ffxiv came out it was that confusing when i added my cd key it made a whole new account so now my main account is number 2 on the mog station and the beta or whatever is the first one which is unused, this now triggers my OCD everytime i log in.

Sweet thanks so much what I figured but my paranoid self stresses me out I got my preorder one hours after I ordered so I suspect the other email should arrive fairly timely to.
