Collectors Edition "Physical" EU/UK

Has anyone Collectors edition been dispatched yet? I had issues where I ordered art books and never got them nor dispatched so wonder if they will have same issues with the Physical Collectors.

For US/NA orders it was delayed until December 7th (confirmed via email, though indirectly in my case), which is when the expansion officially launches. Considering it was delayed worldwide I would expect similar shipping changes to have taken place in the EU/UK and elsewhere.

I am UK based here and yeah there is a delay for the EW collectors edition as mentioned above and also the ffxiv cookbook (if you're getting it from square)

im still waiting on the artbook as well. Even after making a ticket they said it was gonna be shipped "any day now", that 2 weeks ago.

I just bought it on Amazon last week. Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Monday. No issues there.

The Email I have off the Enix Store states The collector's box is now being released on the 07/12 however due to all the issues with Drivers and supply chains, not 100%

I ordered the 2 lore books.. that was like 6 mths again.. at least they haven't taken the payment for them.

Well good for you.

Wasn't aware that this book was on amazon as I pre-ordered it back when it was announced in september or whenver it was.

I order it at the same time and still havent got it which is little stranger. the store page does not say it's unavailable or out of stock and i did debit now when i pre-order it. only thing saying on my account is Shipment #1: Initiated but its been that for long long time

Yep same here!

IIRC they don't ship from UK so not sure if they can blame it on the driver shortage.
I opened another ticket and if they can't ensure shipment this week I'll order it on amazon. They charged me end of september... when the release was.

I have heard that Square Enix EU Store are quite bad with dispatching orders..

I pre-ordered that Ashes of Dreams music box from Nier months ago. It came out on the 21st of September, but I paid for it in full in August. It wasn't until about this time last month that they actually got it shipped out. Their explanation was that they were waiting on stock to arrive at their facility, which makes sense. There's a lot of shipping delays happening right now. I don't think it's because there's a lack of items TO ship in some cases, it's just that they are seemingly having a problem getting them in a timely fashion. It wouldn't surprise me if this was the case with Endwalker's CE. They are probably ready to go, but they might be a little while arriving.

I got a response from SE stating that was due to the Brexit (which apparently came totally surprising to them ...) and that they have to ship the items from their London stock house to a place in France before shipping (which will incur customs handling). I'm waiting for 2 1/2 months now ...
