Dungeon/raids loot

So I been clearing void ark and honestly either people afk or purposely not rolling the final loot drop to increase their chances.

Please add in an auto loot for final drops to put an end to this issue.

It does. There's a timer on the chests that counts down already.

I would actually rather have an auto-pass. Say, at the beginning of the instance, while you wait for people in cutscenes, just give an option to auto-pass certain/all loots for that instance based on certain rules.

The timer needs to be decresed then it is,way to long for final drops. Leads to someone pueposely wasting everyone elses time

Hmm, not sure how hard a lowered timer on the final loot drops in a raid/dungeon would be to implement. Leave the pre-end loot timers alone, and just adjust the final loot boxes down to like 50% of their normal time.

Ya the rest of the loot its fine but the final drops that timer is a little to long. Eleven plus players shouldnt have to wait that long for one person who is either doing it on purpose or afk. Watching the cutscene I even had time to roll it four times. Either that are we need it to mail to people who rolled then left if they won.

Hmm, they will consider it eventually.

It does have to be longer than any cut scene that would happen between final boss death and people loading out, plus additional time to allow for players to load back as that's different for every player.

What some have suggested doing to weed out those trying to get you to get impatient enough to leave before things finish is to say you've rolled on everything and have to afk for a few minutes. This usually gets the ones attempting to get people to leave before the loot is distributed to go ahead and roll as they won't be able to guarantee everyone else will leave first.

it's the way that it is because the timer is presumably global, and 5 minutes on final drops is needed for statics (pull up spreadsheet, check who gets to roll on gear that week for equity, roll items one at a time, etc)

Seems you think yourself smarter than everyone, blurting out "solutions" on the forum to problems that do not exist or you don't know why they exist, not knowing enough about the game.

This is the solution i use. It wasnt my original idea, but ive been using it for so long i no longer remember who to attribute it to. Roll on the items you want, pass on the rest. Then, and this is the key, announce over shout or alliance chat something similar to the following: "Ok, ive already rolled. Good luck everyone. Gonna go afk and get a snack/use the bathroom/etc" Then? You wait. You actually can get up and go to the kitchen/bathroom/wherever if you like. You can tab out of the game and check twitter/discord/whatever. You can chat in FC or LS channels - but the key is that your character stops moving. If the person you are waiting on went afk and forgot to roll first, ok youre waiting until they return. In that case, actually getting up helps. But if they were "strategically" waiting for people to leave you know what happens? They usually see that this is now wasting THEIR time(they dont care about wasting yours), and they loot and leave. Problem solved? No, but it is reduced.

I just wait sometimes say what i rolled so they leave instantly.
i think timer should be a little lower though kind of annoying when someone is afk,offline or just griefing but with timer literally impossible to kick people since start combat,they open chest rinse repeat unkickable.
