Who is rumored to return in 6.1??

Hey everyone!
At the end of the live letter tonight/this morning Yoshi mentioned that a “fellow who is rumored to return” will be making said return in 6.1.
I haven’t personally heard or seen anything about that, so I was wondering if anyone knew who he was referencing. Thank you in advance!

He was lost between worlds for 2 years, I hope he found food.

IT has been a couple of years since he jumped into the interdimensional rift

and on top of that, it always goes "Hildibrand will return in...."

Though Hildibrand ain't no fellow. He is an agent of enquiry, inspector extraordinaire and most importantly a very gentle man!

Clearly he's talking about Gosetsu.

I thought it was a given it being Hildibrand when they say gentleman... I hope so :(
