LNC/DRg Stat allocation

What would be the best allocation of stats for DRG/LNC? I'm leveling up one now and I want to know whats up. someone said 23 STR/ 22 PIE @ 50, but I'd like any info or second opinions. :)

Piety appears to be the least important attribute when trying to increase LNC damage. Piety only increases auto-attack damage while having no influence on weapon skills. Furthermore, the rate of increase for (dDamage/dPIE) seems to be lower than STR or ATK on higher ranked enemies. Also, similar to ARC, Piety has a cap somewhere between 282-290. That's okay. That just means you've got a logical mind, unlike whoever designed the damage formulas for LNC. :\

I'm starting to Level LNC/DRG and I'm searching around trying to find the best stat allocation. Is STR/DEX out of the question? Why isn't it an option to improve accuracy? Sorry if these questions seem obvious I just started 4 days ago.

Because DEX increase accuracy is marginal compare to pure Acc stat on gears, and there are many gears that add so many Acc in one go. For example if you get Sanction on Serpent Lieutenant Gloves, that's 50 Acc in one go and that's is HUGE. DEX is only useful for ARC/BRD as that's also their damage modifier.
