Garuda Strat from a Jp Lodestone Blog
Ok finally, took awhile to translate it. this is not my blog nor my strategy.
it was posted earlier today by someone in the Japanese side of the forums in a blog.

Out of the 10 fights last night we won 5 due to the current strategy stability.
setup: 2war 2blm 2brd 2whm
[here are the corresponding patterns]
* phase 1. before the aerial blast
<behavior patterns>
1. when garuda does a ws she has a message that explains her move.
(it says more but thats the rough idea..)
2. plumage:
every 45-60 seconds she summons multiple plumes.
they have a move that causes 1k damage, the plumes must die quickly or they will damage the rocks.
the damage they inflict to the rocks determines the strength of the aerial blast
3.aerial blast:
after a certain ammount of plume round have been activated she will jump into the middle.
the damage from the aerial blast is affected by the damage the 4 rocks have recieved.
there is no need to hide it wont help.

<key points>
1.hide immediately after he teleports for ws
2.to prevent damage to the rock the tank stand between garuda and the rock
3.plumes: (most important)
must eliminate plumes quickly, steel cyclone in the middle of the 4 rocks
*make sure you have rampage and minuet*
bard assists with rain of death
pull garuda to center so both tanks can do steel cyclone and damage garuda also.
4.blm nuke garuda and cut down his hp with nukes
need high INT and both songs(ballad/minuet)
assist with plumes to save the rocks.
* phase 2. after the aerial blast

<behavior patterns>
1. [garuda will invoke the west wind]
a ring of wind will appear on the outer perimiter
if you are in contact with the wind when she uses "eye of the storm"
1700 damage and knock back
2. after eye of the storm there will be 2 messages (basically she jumps up and down)
then she does ws's
A. mistral shriek - she appears at either north south east or west end
you will need to dash immediately to the opposite side
B. mistral song - she jump in the air and land at the tank.
possible to avoid if you crowd behind her.
3. plumage
following the ws
plumes pop around the outer edge and move toward the middle
wipe them out at once useing steel cyclone and rain of death

it is important to avoid shirek and song, use the follow diagrams to help avoid them.

* phase 3.
from here on there is more than 1 pattern randomly repeated
they will be name as followed for convenience:
pattern A : west wind
pattern B : south wind
pattern C : tornado's
you can judge from garuda which the pattern will be from the messages
*pattern A west wind*
<behavior patterns>
1.garuda will call the west wind
after the message the eye of the storm sequence will play out
contact outer perimeter when she does the move will give 1700 damage and knock back.
then 2 alter ego's will pop at the same time, chiralda suparna.
<key points>
1.get in the middle
2.once you get the west wind message immediately move to the middle
attract all 3 to the middle
collusion the blm's
both war and brd's attack/combo suparna
blm nuke/combo chiralda
chiralda has 6k hp, and suparna has 9k roughly
3.they both must die within 1 minute or they will shriek for 3800
would be easy in a wide area, but that isnt the case just by luck.

*pattern B south wind*
<behavior patterns>
1.garuda will call the south wind
4 tornado spots will pop around the center
contact with them is 1700 damage and knock back
plumes will pop while the tornado's move in a clockwise direction
<key points>
1.after the message everyone get ready to start moving
in the direction of the rotation together.
2.kill the plume near you immediately to avoid them attack you.
3.use combo's to take them out immediately.

*pattern C Tornado's*
<behavior patterns>
1.garuda will move east or west and hate will be ignored during when he moves.
a message will appear saying, garuda is embracing the mirage(english version wording someone tell me)
then the tornado storm will be in a fixed possition,
if garuda moves west, north west - south west - middle - east the tornado's will appear
if garuda moves east, west - middle - north east - south east the tornado's will appear
and chiralda and suprana will pop
its get difficult here because of stun.
<key points>
1.stay south of garuda
2.you have 1 minute to defeat chiralda and suprana just like pattern A
3.if garuda moves, move with her, but stay away from tornado
4.the 2 alter ego's will gather at garuda
5.defeat just like pattern A

as for 15min ability useage
benediction = when alter ego gives problems
battle voice 1 = before aerial blast
battle voice 2 = first time the alter ego's pop
mighty strikes = when first alter ego's pop
burst = when ever you feel like it
