Introducing... XIVToDo! Dashboards, trackers, and todo lists for FFXIV

Having noticed that there didn’t seem to be any tool or website out there to automatically keep track of completion of encounters and quests (without having to resort to editing a big clunky spreadsheet manually), I decided to build my own, fully free and open-source!

Current features:
List of all encounters, main questlines, and notable challenges with automatic completion, per-character
Up-to-date, fully customizable list of weeklies and dailies, with completion and automatic reset, per-character
Multi-character support / alt-friendly

Planned features for the near™ future:
More information for encounters, quests, and checklists (break down of individual quests, how to unlock, description, etc.)
Profile-sharing with a URL
Sign-up / device syncing (so your checklists syncs from your computer to your mobile, and vice-versa)
Comparison features (compare two or more characters’ completion)
List of features and content in the game (with how to unlock, description), ranging from the Gold Saucer to PvP to Sightseeing Logs and everything in-between
Support for the game’s main languages (DE, FR, JA, KO, ZH) pending finding resources to translate in those languages

Question: My main is a level capped Paladin, I'm pretty sure I have completed the Combat Job Quests for that particular Job, but the site doesn't have that checked off for my profile. Is that a bug, or am I missing something?

I'll keep playing with the site, again thanks for making it and sharing it.

Can it be user edited to fill in any missing information?

For the job quests I am using the level 80 quest which is sort-of easy to miss. In the future I want to make this information more intuitive, though!

Indeed! I cross-posted about this tool on Reddit and it hugged it a little bit too hard it seems :) Keep trying, or wait a day or two, it should hopefully stabilize itself!

It worked! But definitely work on allowing users to fill in any missing information - the entirety of my quest list is marked as not completed, even after refreshing my character. I'll keep checking to see if things fix themselves later on ahah.

Good site for checking progress but yeah could use an edit function, a lot of things I know I completed (zodiac, anima, DoL quests, etc) are listed as undone in my profile.

For those getting errors connecting, go into your account settings for each character you want to use and make the achievements public and save and try again. I don't know of if it's reading the achievements or just act of saving a change, but that fixed the issue on all of my characters.

Might take some time to update properly, I was having a similar issue yesterday where it was claiming I hadn't cleared Hydra or Chimera for the ARR relic as well, but today everything that I have cleared is properly marked. The ones that aren't being marked for me atm are the DoL and DoH questline clearances.

Hi all! The website is now a lot more stable than it was in the past two days, so I invite anyone that had difficulty adding their character or getting accurate data to try again! It should be a lot better now. I will keep working on stability in the following days as well.

As of now XIV ToDo uses a character's achievements to determine clears. There are some quests and encounters that don't give any achievements so sometimes I just don't know. I am working on a way to manually be able to correct this though!

I actually found your site by searching DuckDuckGo for daily/weekly checklists last night!

Do you have suggestions for loadstone privacy settings? I want to make sure I have mine setup to optimize the tool :)

Here I was thinking I had finished all story side quests, but now I feel like I might need to check to see if I missed some lol.

I’ll double check it against everything in game, since I think a few items are reflected as uncertain or grayed out with a question mark.

Certain quests stood out to me, because I had to complete them for my mentor crown (ie, A Realic Reborn Quests).

Those specific quests would display as question marks on the list if you had not completed everything to unlock your mentor duty roulette.

I assume the loadstone does not provide clear information for those, but I wanted to make sure I was allowing the necessary information to be retrieved from my profile via the loadstone!

It helps tremendously how you are able to manually correct/update questionable items, and I love that you can’t accidentally check items that you haven’t completed.

Anyway, thank you so much for creating this and sharing it with the community!!! I love it!!!

PS: Apologies if some of this is already mentioned in the thread… I was excited about finding this post & immediately posted before reading anything… I’ll go do that now O.O

Annnddd, I literally just saw the answer to my question lol. That said, I still would like to know the best privacy settings for my loadstone to make sure it can retrieve the applicable data :)
