Rough Crowd is recruiting!!! (and looking for friends)
New and returning players are welcome along with experienced vets. We are a mature leveling and social guild with members active 24/7. We are LGBT+ (not a focus), woman and couple friendly as well. Although we are a large free company we strive to be inclusive. However, that is based on how inclusive you want to be. We have members that are very active socially and we also have those that are quiet and rarely chat. Both are welcome. Participate in the events or FC chat / discord as much as you want. There are no requirements to participate. Focus is on being helpful to each other and friendly players to talk to. Only rule we have is don't be a D**K to anyone and no toxicity.
Although we are not a specific Savage FC, we do have groups that run them. Being a member is not a requirement as these are more in discord roles. If you are interested in those ask in FC chat or our discord. They are currently full but do have openings or can point you on link shells for those.
Players that are in a Free Company that you don't want to leave are free to join the Discord to hang out as well and optionally participate in events when they are ran. Although you might miss out on a few that are only talked about in FC chat. Not to mention the benefits of being a member :D
We have a large mansion in Mists (Plot 32, Ward 21). Multiple target dummies. All crafting stations. All golden saucer games in the arcade. A theater and a bar/club. All vendors and interactable furnishings are on the first floor in the treasure room. Very close to an aetheryte, summoning bell and market board.
There are members and officers in every aspect of FFXIV. From savage trials, housing and decorating, running maps, hunts, fishing, omni crafters, playing music and role playing. Always happy to help with questions on the game. We have omni crafters so if you need something crafted or help with crafting just ask.
Running dungeons / trials / dailies with each other is encouraged but not required. We periodically run maps, unsynched old raids for mounts, BLU groups and have some savage runs as well. Those are organized through our discord.
We are big on maintaining chocobo stables. All chocobos are routinely fed by volunteers with Krakka Roots supplied to members who want to help. Curial Roots are also supplied for members leveling their chocobos. There are donations for chocobo coloring food as well.

How to Join and Requirements
The only requirement we ask is to follow our "Don't be a D**k" policy. Participate in how much you want there are no requirements to do anything other than log on at least once every 120 days.
Best way to get in contact is through Discord. There is normally someone in discord available and everyone has invite privileges. Make sure you say something about looking to join as we also invite non members for groups and some events. You can also ask any member that is online or visit the house and apply via the placard.
