Cannot Accept Garuda Pre-Req quest in Ul'dah

As topic says, I cannot pick up the starting quest it does not show up, very frustrating bug.

thats because u goto gridania to activate the quest, same NPC as ifrit and moogle fights

Nope have tried that, the NPC in the Hall of Flames does not even have the first quest for that side's line and Louisoix in gridania doesnt either.

Straight up bugged out no quest available period.

And basically GM Call's that I did said im SoL til a hotfix probably so grrrr

Maybe you have to be a certain GC rank to unlock the pre-req GC quest?

Well darn. I'm out of ideas.

Not much. Tried to log on during maintenance last night and wasn't going to stay up until 4am local for it to finish. Played for about an hour this morning, mostly unloading and repairing event and AF items.

same problem with :Woes of the Botanist from Enie-Gridania (4,3)

I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing this kind of issue with flagging the quest you need. As AshToreth posted, can you see if that is the case after being promoted? My friend has the quest and he's Private Third Class, I do not have the gc seals to do this but it also doesnt say it requires seargent unless its hidden somewhere... Is there anywhere its posted saying the quest requires a higher rank than any of the other primal fights? Cause i cant find them.
