I'm a level 50 archer, and it's not showing up from the NPC did I miss a step, or must I first beat mog/Ifrit on hard before I can fight him or something?

Do you have the max GC rank? Perhaps that's the problem -

Hm, I never did "It Kills With Fire", maybe that unlocks "Like Father, Like Son"...
I finished "Gore a Lizard, Hurry" but not "Like Father..."...not sure what's going on xD
