Keep in mind I only really care about the relic. I'm rank 13 now and am at the relic stage where I'll have to run DR 15 times (ugh), and I assume that's gonna cost a lot of mettle.
So, should I grind out rank 15 before I sink all of my mettle into this, or does it not really matter?
I mainly worry about them adding ranks or mettle requirements to whatever is left of the relic chain, and I'm not really sure how likely that is to happen.

You need to be rank 15 to unlock DR Savage, and also some lost actions require you to be rank 14 or 15 to appraise.
Also the next stage of Bozja which is out in about 2 weeks or so will likely require a higher rank too. -

I was afraid of that. Only recently resubbed and already losing my will to play; Bozja is just brutal.
Guess I'll see what the rest of the relic requires before deciding to abandon it altogether, but I REALLY just want to be done with that place. I don't mind farming DR, but they need to throw it on the Duty Finder and remove the mettle loss for wiping. -
