Casting Top Drop Rate in Paglth'an

Anyone else getting abysmal drop rates in there? We've been running it for a friend who really wants it but we're on like... run 75 by now and only seen it drop once, and she got outrolled by the one PUG caster in our group ;o;

its just RNG
seen aiming chest drop like 8 times haven't seen Drg once
ive ran Swallow compass like 50 times before seeing the caster top once

RNG doing their thing, as you’ve witnessed.
Pretty sure I’ve been running more than 10 runs each day trying to win fending, aiming, casting & healing set but the pesky scouting kept dropping.

The Dungeon is great...but yeah drop rates in that place SUUUUUCK SO HARD.

Ive run it maybe over 40 times, and so far I barley got the striking set, and then once in a blue moon ill see someth8ng from another set.

Ive seen every accessory like a Million times, but to this day, not a Single Healer Gear Peice.
I have seen Caster Sandals a handful of times though

I saw and got it on my 2nd run. It appeared again on my 4th run. Like everything else, it’s just RNG.

Going in with trust or a full 4-person party of people you know would help.

Ah it's not for me, and as far as I know my friend hasn't leveled her trust up yet. I don't mind running with her as long as it take I just feel so bad it hasn't dropped yet ;o;

I mostly see belts. Which, considering they're going away in 6.0, is less than helpful.

Seriously, had one run where literally nothing dropped but belts. It was kinda surreal.

it was awful but i think that's just RNG tbh, took me 56 runs to get all the caster set in the end. But i don't think it's strange just how RNG works. I wonder if there's something odd with the number of accessories though feels like they drop vastly more than in previous dungeons. But that's just an impression, rather than any actual data to go on.

This is exactly the reason why they need to implement the auto gear reward for your job when you complete the dungeon on ALL previous dungeons.

It wouldn't solve the problem for this expansion but next year when people are glamour hunting?

It's just rng and luck. I remember when Swallow's Compass was new, I got the entire Casting set within two days, whereas it took me until like not too long ago to get the healing hat to drop and obtain!

It took me over 30 runs to finally get a fending chest. I wish you luck.

And, like somebody said, I wish they'd implement the loot system from leveling dungeons into other content as well.

My magic 8 ball says the casting pants drops the most. I've done about 18 runs total and it showed up for 12 of them. Maiming and Caster/Healer chest is elusive as hell.

What has the highest drop rate is everything but what you need. Speaking from experience. lol

So far, I've seen it drop about 3 times. I think I've only done about 6-7 runs though. Definitely RNG since I've never seen the pants. xD

For you maybe. I want the pants as a joke with me and my other half but I have not seen them drop yet. (I've settled for the healer pants atm)
That's rng for ya, though. One person can have a really easy time, the next person has the worst luck.

Not speaking of Caster directly, but it does seem that Body pieces in general aren't showing up often in Pagalthan. I doubt it's anything unusual or uniquely weighted compared to other dungeons, but I guess it does feel a little off.

This reminds me of a Puppets Bunker run I had shortly after the raid came out. Literally 80% of the gear pieces across every chest that could drop pieces were DRG pieces. Out of the entire 24 person group? No one was playing DRG.

It took me like 50 something runs for a casting chest, an additional 12 or so for just a pair of boots.

Healer chest took me... one run, after the caster chest.

RNG giveth, RNG taketh.

So many bad Tanks....

RNG is so bad in there. Wanted the aiming top and haven't seen it drop once, I've had to have done it 80 times now. I have the striking and caster top now just by the sheer amount of times I've been in it! I've seen the drg and tank top once each.... and the healer top only once too. -_-

I don't understand why they don't implement that for max level dungeons. People would still keep running them for the tomes.
