What Age Are Most of the players here?

Seems like most are 20-30 but are there any younger players? I'm 16, just trying to find my community in a game I enjoy...

20-40 I'd say. Game is rated for 16 (EU) and Teen in NA so that's the group of people game is targetting at minimum.
Youngest I've ran into is 18.

I’m a 28 year old boomer. But I hope you find people in the age category you’re seeking.

Edit: Just turned 29 today. So now I leveled up to Super Boomer status XD

28 here. I can't say I've seen too many teenager playing but [sigh] they probably have more time than us adults, huh?

28 Year Old and Boomer don't belong in the same sentence. But anyways, I know this game is a bit slower paced which is why it'd be hard to find people my age but there is a possibility :D.

Depends i guess. I have probably to much time on my hand but I don't have a family to take care of, and i'm in my mid 30s.
Not like I can go out and try date during these times.

I think you’re going to find an older crowd in any subscription based MMO...a lot of times teens don’t have a whole lot of money and prefer f2p MMOs. I know I did when I was in my teens and I never had trouble finding other players my age. Or claiming to be, at any rate.

From what I’ve seen most players are in their 20s-30s. I hope you find a good group to play with!

It's sad that most kids my age have such a small attention span that anything related to MMOs is too much for them as it's not a instant dopamine spike. Personally, I've never known anything else other then MMOs as my dad got me playing them at the ripe age of 6. So, FPS just seem boring and bland compared to MMOs likes FFXIV where you have a huge world to explore and endless things to do it seems.

Simply giving out my age isn't gonna kill someone. I didn't tell them my address, social security number, phone number, etc, did I?

Am 25! and most people i meet are between 20-35 tbh xD

I guess it's probably good my generation doesn't play this game, they would end up ruining it haha.

Wait... you aren't suppose to give out all that other info? All those emails I get from Princes and distant relatives always ask for it in order for them to send me my vast inheritance... Is this why they never return my emails after I send it?!? XD

My group of friends who play the game span from mid 20's-early 40's. Lot of us met at work and found that we all enjoyed gaming together.

I would say in all the years I've played 14 I've never seen any communities pop up for any group under like 20 max, I was honestly under the assumptions kids didnt play thyis game.

You're not the only one. Around 10 (give or take 2) members of my FC are between 15-19.

34 years old here. It's crazy how vastly different this brain of mine processes video games now compared to my early twenties. I miss:

-Being able to pull all nighters gaming

-Doing consecutive intense raids

-The whole enchilada that is grinding. From the lfm/lfg days in the overworld of mmos of eld, to gaining like, 5percent exp per hour, the works basically

League of Legends is the only game I could possibly play as it's not a bad game but the toxicity is too much for me. That's why I like FFXIV, people are so nice here!

The only thing that could be possibly wrong with giving out my age is since I'm a minor but I'm not too worried about it.

You can but people get weird around minors if you know what I mean. I've gotten some "weird" messages from people. But I'm not worried about it

You'll find that games like these tend to have older players and players who think they're old (people in their 30s).

I'm 42, so's my husband, and our kid who plays is 15 this year.

Old enough to know better, but young enough not to care. didn't see an F2P MMO till I was already a man!
