favorite multiseater mount?

i have the regalia and the wedding chocobo on my main however some of my friends have started to play FF14 so i been doing the main story with them on my alts but the problem is none of my alts have a multiseat mount so i was thinking of buying one off the mogstation


which does everyone recommend? price doesnt matter

But if you wanna spend maybe the Chocobo Carriage? I think it’s ok.

For paid mounts my personal favorite is the fat moogle, so that’s my recommendation.

But if you want more than you and one other friend on it, the only choice out of those three is the carriage.

Don't forget the 8-seater Lunar Whale will be available at Fanfest next month so it might be worth your while to wait for it!

Regalia mostly cause I don't have a choice, its cool and all, but I'd prefer the chocobo carriage, but I ain't gonna pay 25 something dollars for the damn thing though, iirc I bought New Vegas GOTY for $10!

There's a mount where you get 7 players to carry you through content. I forgot what it's called, but I heard it's famous among casuals.

I love the Skyslipper. I missed out on the Regalia due to my tendency to ignore limited time events till the last minute...

My friend Neptuneus wanted a Skyslipper so bad he actually tried to jump straight from being a casual crafter and fisher main into making his own Discord server for Savage raiding... The people he found wanted to do Eden Tier 2, and they got like 1/3rd of the way through Ramuh before they all flaked out and left. Now he's on hiatus again :(

But I ferried him to all of his aether currents in my Skyslipper. :) It's the most I've used its multi-seat functionality.

Although I long argued against it being added, I have to eat humble pie here and say the Regalia. It does look good, even though Enki can just see over the dashboard the seats are so deep (yes officer I am at a legal age to drive!). Even funnier if I have other friends riding along... and I drive the car off the wharf at Costa del Sol into the ocean (because Enki has no sense of direction). Great fun. :P

If it's just with my bf though usually it's the Ceremony Chocobo we use, for obvious reasons.

Amber Draught Chocobo is pretty nice. You can get it on all alts too.

Easily the Regalia.

Riding in style.

I'd go with the Regalia as well. Love it. But the whale makes me grin too.

That you and a friend can have a tea party on top as you glide along is just... so choice.

OP wants it for an Alt to do Main Story with. I don't think they are ready to do E4S yet..

Its not the 4 seater, but I'm kinda partial to my Draught Chocobo.
Looking forward to the Lunar Whale for map nights though :D

Well I wanna say the chocobo carriage is the only 4 seater available to buy right now. All the other 4seaters require doing current endgame hardcore content or else are unavailable. Next month they will be adding an 8 person mount though, the lunar whale. Note that nobody is actually seen while riding it though if that matters.

I guess if you are playing with friends plural, get the chocobo carriage.

I like my Amber Draught Chocobo

Personally, i prefer the Chocobo multi-seat mounts over the other multi-seat mounts. I've been using the (Amber) Draught Chocobo for a long time, but the Carriage looks really nice as well.

I like the idea of the Lunar Whale, but i also find it a shame that you can only see the nameplates of the people sitting in it (even though it makes sense looking at what it is supposed to represent).

One mount I think they missed the mark on is the SDS Fenrir motorcycle. That should have been a two seater and would certainly be my favorite mount if it was.

Regalia is best mount. Regalia is best multi-seater mount.

The best thing about the Draught Choco; it doesn't size down for lala players.

I wish more things sized down for Lalas! I want a Mini Cooper Regalia. But I know that will be odd for the other races to try to fit into and onto multi-seat mounts that did scale. Squeeze in and kiss your kneecaps roe!

I really like the Chocobo Carriage. It's lovely and has so many cute details. That said, it's pretty big and cumbersome, which might be inconvenient if you're flying around looking for exclamation points on your map.

I have all the 2 seater chocos and the regalia. I use the regalia the most just cuz it looks cooler. Plan on buying the whale when it comes out tho.
