"New prizes are available for purchase using MGP.
* Players can now purchase certain prizes that were available during the Make it Rain Campaign in previous years."
Wonder if the hairstyle will be finally out!
Or will be like a triple triad card. :P
Probably the hairstyle they said they were going to make it available. I would think it's a good bet.
No more getting Satasha as a party of all 70+ now in Leveling Roulette.
The meme is now ded.
Relic stuff should NOT require some of the hardest content that the segment has to offer.Quote:
Resplendent tools have been added for Disciples of the Hand.
These main hand tools can be acquired after crafting and submitting items from certain expert recipes.
Tool Exchange
The required materials must be exchanged with Limbeth in Eulmore (X:11.6 Y:10.9) to receive a resplendent tool.
It should be noted that more than one expert recipe will be required to prepare all necessary materials. The number and types of material required can be confirmed by speaking with Limbeth.
* Expert recipes can be learned from 8th-level master recipe books.
That's like requiring the DoW relic to complete savage level content in order to finish it.
IMHO this is bad design.
Meme is very much still alive if you use leveling roulette. The change only applies to pre-formed parties.
I'm not seeing the light buffs to DRG and WAR. I could have sworn they said those were in the patch.
Those Bozja changes! Debuffs to the enemies when fewer players are there, Castrum respawns faster when you complete Critical Engagements and Skirmishes, several CEs will not spawn at the same time, and the Notoriety number to increase the odds of getting into Duels. Absolutely beautiful!
They never show those in Preliminary Patch Notes.
They NEVER post job changes until the servers are down for matienance. You won't see those until Monday night.
Anyway I'm actually very excited for the Bozja changes, feels like the way it should have been before. Also excited for the amount of rewards available almost right away to work towards.
While I'd much rather have a queueing system for Castrum, that fix is better than nothing.
I'd still like some sort of timer on when the last one was completed or when the next one is coming vs having to zone into an instance and have multiple people asking "Is Castrum up?"
RIP Jonathas.
"Duty in the Sky with Diamond"
I'm not sure whether to facepalm or applaud that one. Do you think this whole thing was to set up more puns?
Those TT changes....

I'm so dang happy right now.
Lol, someone was asking for 2B's hair not that long ago and now we get it! xD Plus 9S' too, but I'm not sure how I feel about that one since it looks pretty much just like the Shadowbringers hairstyle Derplander wears.
So the new housing exterior. I could of sworn there was a staircase like to a balcony. This model I don’t see it. Did they change it?
New items to buy with my MGP
LETS GO!
Do we know it's only pre-formed? The patch notes don't specify but they do mention only the leader's settings matter, so that does sound like pre-formed. I hope so, since I wouldn't want to be forced to do just ShB duties all the time in Leveling just because I'm 80 and get matched with other 80s.
YOOOO WE CAN HAVE 4 AND 5 STAR CARDS IN THE SAME TT DECK
I'M SOLD AF BOIIII
Minimum size requirements as a term confuses me. If it's say a dungeon and you have four people wouldn't that be the maximum party size?
It's also the minimum size requirement. The only way you can go in with less is to use the undersized option to bypass party size requirements.
It's a little odd, but this game can be weird on wording. Also allowing it for people queuing as less than 4 players would hurt queue times for lower level dungeons. This won't affect it much as it is only an option for groups that aren't going to be helping with random people's queue times anyway.
I think it could still work without affecting queue times, it would just require forming the party before deciding on the duty. If four level 80s end up together in leveling roulette, they can avoid Satasha for example, but if you get a level 20 in the party, you'd still get a low level dungeon.
It would reduce the chance of high level players getting low level dungeons but still leaving the door open for people queueing in specifically for them to not have high queue times.
I see what you’re saying but I don’t agree sadly. Usually exterior homes all have the same look. Slight differences yes but that comes with size. It shouldn’t change the look of the home. I expect to see the same staircase for all home sizes. If it’s only for large homes I’m not gonna be happy. First off they don’t even give us allot of large homes to begin with and then throw salt on the wound to give only large homes the staircase. No bueno.

Yeah it’s definitely there. At first I thought maybe it was a furnishing and that’s why it wasn’t in the new picture but this definitely looks actually attached to the house.

Yeah they certainly look the same except for the stairs. It Is in a different plot because of the camera angle, but can anyone tell if the LL one is a Large plot? They look the same size to me.
EDIT: No, wait, the roof is all different, they must be different sizes, then.
I believe that is plot 30/60 in the Goblet. I had 25 at one point (medium) which was close to it, which means that is a large.
The one in the patch notes is probably a small or medium by the look of things. Guessing medium by the yard layout.
Every patch that we do not get glamour closets and Archaeology is another day that FF14 does not live up to its full potential if you ask me. Entire sets of content get ignored because of a full glamour box which is amazingly silly. I just wish they would finish designing the system they started 7 years ago.
This would be ideal. I can't help but wonder if there's some weirdness in how and when in the process it selects the duty that prevents this, that they can only circumvent when the whole matchmaking process is removed. This might be another victim of the bizarre code the game is built on.
