Will we get 2B Hairstyle?

It would be a nice surprise & since we already have the outfits, might as well get 2B's hairstyle, too

Probably not. Not in this patch anyway. In the future who knows.

I feel like by now if we were getting it, it would have been shown on the site. But it's possible.

All things considered, it seems probable.

There will certainly be some Automata-themed cosmetic items from the new raid & quests, it's just a matter of which ones and how they will be obtainable (quest rewards, drops, etc.).
2B's hairstyle has an easy route for how it will be added in... so why the heck would they not add it in?

I hope so! Even though it definitely won’t work on my main. Though you’d think they would have released it with the rest of the 2B glam if they were gonna do it.

I do hope we have one more round of Nier cosmetic items before wrapping up the collab. There’s apparently some repeatable element to it (not related to repeating weekly for gear), so I hope that has a couple rewards tied to it.

Part 3 of Ivalice had the Ramza and Alma hairstyles become available via the Golden Saucer so I don’t see why this couldn’t be any different.

It hasn't been mentioned, but they don't usually talk about every single item added in a patch beforehand. I'd say it's possible.

There's a possibility but I wouldn't count on that. Always keep your expectatives low, that way you don't feel that disappointed when you get nothing.
Mind you, I'd love to have the hairstyle, but I have a feeling it won't be happening.

I will be severely disappointed if there's no Emil head reward.

Pod mount I can take or leave.

I'd prefer A2's long hairstyle or Devola/Poploa styles over 2B hair honestly, but I know at least for A2's long hair it's not happening because of the length.

2B is programmed as a Midlander NPC so the hairstyle would be in there for her model.

The only question is whether it gets made available to players or stays unique to the character.

They have things in the data that don't show up for many patches. (IIRC our new favorite Cat Boi's outfit is a thing that can be worn by females, meaning that it's likely to be a mogstation glam at some point even though people found out about it months ago)

I believe the logic here is that miners went into the game and were able to select 2B hair and have it act like any other hair with dyes and highlights. Not much data was found about it at the time, and it's not that big a deal so I assume that's why people don't talk about it. Would be inline with how we got a hairstyle for that last raid to.

Considering Emil's head is such a mainstay in the series and of Yoko Taro himself, I'd be surprised if it isn't put in at some point.

Not sure about Emil's head but it exists in NieR: Automata and can be worn in-game. As for 2B's hairstyle, they already added the costume in the first raid so it makes little sense they wouldn't finish it with the hairstyle.

I wouldn't mind seeing the hair, two weapons she uses, and the pod mount in the game. They already made the animation for it so why not?

Not entirely weird, since we have plenty of examples of existing hairstyles that have stayed NPC-exclusive with varying degrees of clear reason (not getting Ysayle's long hair makes more sense than not getting Ardashir's short ponytail).

Still, we got the costume and the style isn't too complicated, so there's a good chance they'll make it available.

Well, he's in there as a character already, so they had to put his hairstyle in the game for that.

Like I said earlier in this thread, it's what they did last time for SB raid.

Anyway, glad people who wanted it got it. It looks like a basic short cut to add to my roster of short hairs, so I'll take it.
