Can we add Rival Wings & Feast as a Daily Roulette

Can we add Rival Wings & Feast as a Daily Roulette,

Like one day of the days we do front line. Put Rival Wings and Feast in the rotation or make a new categories for Rival Wings and/or Feast. Its one of the funner PVP fights would be nice instead of the once every 4 months when it actually queues and to be honest its the only reason people do front line is for their daily bonus. This would really allow players to enjoy the content. Because lets be honest 48 players is hard to get unless there is some other reward to get players there.

The amount of people who play frontline repeatedly, beyond the scope of the daily bonus or any reward to be had, vastly outstrips and dwarves the playerbase interested in RW or Feast. Even when moogle tomestones were in RW but not FL, FL queues were vivid in their usual hours, while RW queues rapidly fizzled out. Even now RW queue times are getting longer until they eventually dry up again as people get the rewards they want. PvP population is small but it's pretty clear that FL has a substantial amount of people who are long past any kind of extrinsic virtual reward. We play it for hundreds or thousands of matches because it's fun for us. A lot of us have hundreds of matches in RW or Feast, too, and make a conscious choice on which we are playing.

I do think daily rewards will get more people to play other modes, yes, but we also have to accept that Frontline is just more preferred. Which I don't necessarily think is a testament to how great FL is... I think a lot of people would at least theoretically like a mode with two teams rather than three, though the other offerings have glaring reasons why they are not popular and why RW is a fetid corpse on tattered puppetstrings of moogle tomestone events and a small diehard community having to coordinate to keep it alive.

It's a cool way to get people to play the game modes and get in there and get massacred by people playing it because they actually like it, to get those queues moving along and let more people try it, so while I support the suggestion I think an ounce of reality is merited. I think FL is C+ game mode in a world of D- PvP alternatives. Maybe they were planning to make a RW daily challenge after they bring back Astragalos, though honestly when they finish making improvements to that they should take Hidden Gorge out and put it back in the oven since it's a little undercooked.

Yes, I wanted to make this thread myself but see you already made it. Frontline is absolutely no fun at all and I think the majority of PVP players prefer Rival Wings over Frontline.

If they do this I hope they also make the map you fight on rotate as well. I am very tired of the Crystal Tower Feast map, it looks very ugly and it hurts my eyes with the bright blue and gold. I've also just never played on Astralagos ever and I want to be able to.

I wonder why they don't... Is it because they don't know what to put on the daily reward? Like, maybe they don't want to give us per day? Maybe they think we'd get too many Wolf Marks if we also get the same value for daily RW and Feast?

Seriously, why it already isn't a daily roulette? And was it ever?

From the way i see it, Squeenix just doesn't care (and understand) about PvP content at all. All that truly matters to them is Quality of Life changes, unnecessary potency changes and any type of content (both adding and even polishing) that doesn't involve combat, if this continues, FFXIV might as well rename itself SecondLifeXIV.

But back to PvP, we can only hope that the announced "smaller scale PvP content" for Endwalker will finally push PvP content into the right direction (focus on man-on-man combat, instead of groupfight focused combat)because in its current state, PvP is mediocre at best and faaaar from decent or good.

Is it wrong that I half expect that "Small Scale PvP" and the "Gold Saucer addition" to be one and the same?... Blitzball could be described as both those things. And I don't think I'd hate that?

I mean, what else would it be?

Hooefully, 2vs2, 3vs3 and 1vs1 Arena Matches. The most basic form of PvP which we are clearly lacking. Hopefully we get a good variety of Maps along the way but honestly speaking, im expecting something incredibly dumb which might shoo away the rest of the PvP community for good.

Like, really, what would be LOST if it was added into a Roulette, same as Frontlines? Would it be flooded by desinterested people that can't play PvP to save their lives and don't know basic stuff like Potions and Stuns? Or is it because it would make Wolf Marks even easier to get and... We can't have that, somehow?

Really, honest question, why not just do it?

I wish it were easier to queue for Feast in general. I swear, I'm queuing up for ranked matches at peak times and it just never pops for me. Out of boredom, sometimes I'll queue at weird hours as well - and it doesn't pop then, either.

I'm having fun in FT with its 3-group setup and a lot of ppl.
I mean, if it's only few ppl and I got matched up with hardcore players it'd be lost hope.
But in FT, it's so messy that your glories and mistakes, most of the times, doesn't matter.
It being 3-group conflict makes it better. If a team is doing well, most likely will get sandwiched and drop to 3rd rank.
Even if I lost in FT but the score is close and get switch 1/2/3 ranks near end, I'd be pleased.
We tried our best.

But what if I make mistakes in 4 vs 4 PvP with a person who queue for glories and lose? I'd feel so bad even if others didn't say anything.
To be honest, I'm always bad at PvP.
People like me will ruin your experience if SE put small-scale PvP content in daily roulette.
(unless the said PvP is reliant on many factors than just prowess)

Nonetheless, I only have a few dozens matches with it. So they're just my 2 cents, not observations from the experienced.

Feast i don't think so But
for Rival wings it be fine if the worked the rest of frontline into 2 team games
