GM Amathyphise has not only contacted me very quickly but was also very sympathetic to us as players in this game. When it comes to disruptive behavior he was on the scene very quickly and politely contacted me via Tell which was a whole surprise to me! Hes very wholesome and kind to boot and would love him to continue to amazing work he does! (or she? idk >.< )
I had the pleasure of being contacted by this GM today as well; they were very polite and professional and helped me with my issue promptly. Good GM :D
I would like to mirror the praise by the other posters. The GM was very quick to contact me after I made a report about issues with another player in a roulette. They were very courteous and empathetic to my concerns, and seemed to take it seriously. Their responses were professional and I couldn't be happier with how they approached the situation. Big thumbs up!

Had the pleasure of conversing with them regarding an issue with a player. They were prompt in response and took my concern seriously. Glad to have had them address my report.
I had a bad experience with a player, really toxic and not friendly at all to a new player that was on my party. After the dungeon i decided to report him, not long after GM Amathyphise contacted me: Very polite and friendly, she/he (i'm sorry:( ) was quite interested on what i had to say, and was very much into trying to help on maintain the community a nice place! It was a really nice experience to know that the our concerns are real and the team are trying to help!!! 15/10 experience :D
They've been very helpful for me as well, and seemed to take the issue I had with another player seriously! :o
Had a mentor kicking people in public runs and they handled the case rapidly. Fast response into a fast investigation so their actions couldn't affect others. Solid gm 10/10

Not only did they respond to my report INCREDIBLY fast, they were sympathetic, professional, friendly, and got straight to work in solving my issue~! One of the best GM experiences I've ever had the pleasure of encountering and I'm so glad that this person is on the team here, working hard to make us all happy!
