Heavy Darklight Armor rigid neck problem

I don't know if this happens on all races, but my character (Miqo'te) can't turn its head at all while wearing Heavy Darklight Armor. The alignment is rigidly fixed to whatever alignment my body is in. Because of this, in combat stance (while holding an axe) my character's head is always looking to the side instead of at the target. Is there any chance of this getting fixed? Cowls don't have this problem.

Maybe they were going for some kind of "realism" thing (I'm not an expert on armor or anything) but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to blindly swing an axe at something while looking away from it. Maybe they should've put Accuracy -100 on it?

edit: making "/display head off" work for it would be nice too

I think in a fighting stance the torso is facing at an angle relative to the target. Since the helm of the Heavy Darklight gear is fused rigidly to the body, this makes the direction of the helmet not toward the target. Just guessing.

Oh wow, lol. I knew the neck couldn't rotate on that thing, but I guess I never realized how much of an angle your body is when weilding an axe.

I'm not sure what they're going to be able to do about it though, the locked-neck thing was completely intentional.

When you run in that set your head shakes side to side constantly

you look like a Tank (the vehicle) an you expect to be able to turn your head? I mean "reality" if you had that on you wouldnt even be able to move at all little mind you head

I agree, it's kind of a strange aesthetic decision. But, as noted above, it is kind of hilarious to watch tanks run through AV/CC with the armor on.
