I don't even care if it's level 1 pure glamor gear and if it requires you to farm 1 piece per totem

While it seems innocent enough... I'd rather not bring in too many prestige-type items into the game, it just causes social problems.
This sort of thing goes to some players' heads, slowly but surely leading to other issues down the line.

Players should be doing content because they enjoy the experience, not because they're chasing the rewards... so just don't add the reward which causes the issue in the first place.

There's already weapons, and we only get so many new armor sets each patch. I'd rather not make one of those new armor sets ultimate exclusive.

But how do I flex quad legend without glamoring over a legend weapon with another legend weapon

I know OP is being intentionally inflammatory, but I unironically want Ultimate armour. It could be the same deal as the weapons - no unique model, just a unique glow.

It's another item to convince people to try out some of the best content this game has to offer. Best of all, Ultimate isn't a timed exclusive so you can take your time learning and progressing the fight without fear of it vanishing.

Another excellent idea from one of the forum's most constructive posters.

Fully supported - I think it'd be a neat addition to the game and a great way to make up for the loss of an Ultimate.

If non quad legends can get it then you having it isn't a quad legend flex. It'd just be a flex on competing the newest ultimate in a vacuum. The most you could do is a tri legend flex having the weapon from one, the title from a second, and the armor from this hypothetical fourth one.

Though if it was just armor set shared across job I wouldn't necessarily mind. I'd just be leery of doing the usual full 'tier' of gear with all seven sets in terms of art resource allocation. If it was just one glam set across all jobs that wouldn't be as much of a drain from other areas so I wouldn't mind that as much.

Sure, but you have to farm Bozja for Platinum coins(100 Gold exchange available) to get the base piece, which costs 10 Plat for Head/Feet/Hands, and 15 for Body/Legs. To upgrade and be dye-able, you need to have the upgraded versions of both the Southern Front and DR gears.

Nah, if the only reason you are doing ultimate is to show off, then I don't think you should get anything else.

Need to deflate that ego a bit, not prop it up more.

Ultimate armor would be cool. Though the glow effect would have to cranked up to 11. I want to blind people as I pass.

It's fine as a signature but I'm not sure about 'awesome' but hey, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

If I am to offer any constructive feedback it'd be that the "Triple Legend" text is too pushed up against the edge. Also the colour of your name and title is too close the background that it's easy to miss or blend into one as you scroll.

Move feast armor rewards to ultimate. At least more than 1 people play ultimate (pvp bots don't count).

Probably better to let them have ultimate armour, but it degrades and becomes more boring on each clear - like the very early relics used to lose their glow when you went to the next step.

By 5th clear it looks like Hempen Underwear.

If it were glamour it's fine. If it's needed for proper item level progression the way savage currently is, it would cause them to have to make ultimates easier the same way savage was made easier.

Honestly given some of the ilk running around with these titles and weapons, if I were in that position I'd personally want to find a way of detracting myself of all that, not showing it off, ngl.

Make it have the same glowing crystalline look the weapons have. I want to be blinded by crystalline figures that vaguely resemble player characters whenever I happen to be in Limsa.

Yeah it's reached a point that I assume someone is average at best or just flat-out bought the clear. They can't help running around with the title and weapon(s). Never just one. And even if they did it legit, they're extremely insufferable because it's their entire personality. :rolleyes:

Like, I get being proud of your accolades, but for some it's like it's all they have. Sad.
