House Reclamation

Hello was wondering what days should houses be popping back up for sale cause said back in December were reactivating the house Reclamation and by now shouldn't we be seeing them pop back up on the market or was is suspended again and I miss the notice for it?

I heared something like "22nd January"... but i don't know if the one who told me that was trolling me or not. Is it tonight the demolition?¿? I really want to know it.

Houses will "pop" based on what time they had left when the demolitions where halted if the owner hadn't enter them during the halt (which lasted a big chunk of the year).
I don't think there's going to be a big day where a lot will open. >x>

There was one last time I know I transferred a small in a bad location to a poolside in Goblet on Balmung. Lots of houses went poof all at the same time in all the wards.

Ah was wondering cause I want to get a bigger house for my FC and few large ones that are private owned look up the person lodestone and look like they haven't even been active even before the reclamation started back up. So was wondering was a date should keep an eye out for or just a keep checking type thing

Tomorrow the 22nd. If you know of a large that might poof I'd camp it and check at the top of each hour. Houses go boom at that time.

Edit: Keeping your eye out at a transfer ward location is also an option where you can check the different wards quickly to see if there is something you want. I'd be sure to know what aether is the closest to each house and i'd personally practice the routes so they become muscle memory. It's how I got my large back when Shriogane went live.

Also be sure your house is transfer capable you don't want to find out you can't when you trying buy/transferring the house.

It's already BEEN happening for houses that were already below 45 days when the pause began in March. But the big demolish will be tonight at Midnight PST, itll continue through 3.

Just want to emphasize this for those who are looking to relocate to a better plot.

Go to Housing - Estate Settings - Storeroom Status and make certain you see green check marks for both Indoor and Outdoor Furnishings. If either is a red circle with slash, you're going to need to move items out of storage and into your character/retainer inventory before you'll be able to relocate.

Seems like the poof times are 3AM, 4AM, 5AM and 6AM EST supposedly from letters from SE for those who let their timers run down just to get warnings about time demolitions. That's not to say others might not go later but this seems to be when many will go. I'm actually hoping to transfer a small in lavender to the waterfront in Mist. Remember poofs take place at the top of each hour.

For anyone not transferring there is no need to get up that early given I think the minimum timer time is 8 hours after poof.

Well I been checking all night and all been reclaimed are small and few Medium ones. None the large houses been taken and their owners profiles still show the same on lodestone so unless it's not updating their profiles can't see why these large ones are still not being taken.

Two large went on Siren both in Shirogane. I know because I know who the owners were. One of those owners has been keeping his sub to keep that large and he has done absolutely nothing with it since 4.2. It's about time he lost that house. I've seen mediums mostly true and of course smalls. Just not that many large houses and most who have them use them.
