I just had a conversation with GM Wyndallus. They were extremely kind and responsive to the issue my partner and I were having. Coming from another MMO, I am taken aback at just how positive and understanding the GM representation is here and it's just another reason I am glad I now consider FFXIV my main mmo!
Gm Unurlotho was really nice and Enjoyed talking to them over some chat issues.
GM Amathyphise was very quick to contact me about my report. They were understanding and very polite. It was a treat to have my report taking care of by them. I hope they have a good day and are able to eat their favorite food.
GM Wyndallus, was really kind and responsive, thank you for responding to my inquiries even if its the holidays, im really sorry to send a report on a holiday. thank you for being one of the great GMs i ever chatted.
