No pregnant NPCs?

You put in ugly characters for realism, so why no pregnant ones? Do these races not reproduce? Kind of like how you are magically born by Hydaelyn? Hear... feel... think. Anti-life much?

You just want the option to make a pregnant character from the beginning, don't you?

Or if thats too much men get nipples but they will have to wear a chestwrap of some sorts even "naked".

The reason we have no nipples is that they're actually people seeds. All characters are born with many nipples that fall off and sprout into new children over time. All of our characters are simply past their child-sprouting days and now live only to protect the herd.

Tig pl biddies. IDC, I agree with OP lemme knock up my EB for 5 or 6 weeks sub time, they get an infant minion they can summmon, after another 6 weeks sub time they get diaoer lalafel minion, after a 3rd full weeks not nulling or voiding their EB they get a minion of light/like minion
Also this is a serious topic guys, any alternative to OP being honest to their EB should be reflected in their minion, and should be taken to the courts in ul'dah, obviously.
Lets be real OP you want immersive end game, this is totally what you desire.

This statement is ironically why you think your way is right. Come to my server OP we can RP you being pregnant all year if thats what you want You know thats exactly what you re requesting, just make it a reality already

While pregnant NPCs would be possible, pregnant player chars would not be due to how gear is tied into the model in this game.
They would need to re-do pretty much every chest/leg piece if they gave players the option to show a pregnancy.

Needless to say, that is an unrealistic expectation.

There's even a Viera giving birth in one of the Rak'tika sidequests. (Despite any other evidence of Viera males even existing.)

I've always been curious how Au Ra reproduce. The sexual dimorphism between the two genders make it less than practical, if not impossible using conventional methods. Are their offspring born alive, or do they lay eggs for males to fertilize like other reptilian species?

Given that they can interbreed with the other Spoken races (a sidequest in the Ruby Sea mentions a Hyur/Au Ra hybrid in the distant past), it's safe to say that they birth live offspring like everyone else.

Aura could be Monotremes, so an egg birth, with the hatched puggles feeding breast milk. Very similar to a platypus or echidna. To add weight to this, monotremes lack nipples just like all of us in FF do.

So? You created the topic explicitly asking "No pregnant NPCs?". A few of us confirmed that they do exist. You can do with that what you wish.

Another pregnant NPC: Alma (distant past Alma, not present-day Garlean Alma), pregnant with Orran's child at the end of the Ivalice Raid cutscenes.

Another pregnant NPC gives birth during a sidequest in the Crystarium and the WoD gets to welcome the newborn into the world!

That quest was so sweet

Dunno about that in the fantasy genre lol. poke around reddit. some crazy stuff out there.

The stress of the calamity caused every woman to miss carriage.
That is why there are a few children around that are around 6-7 years old.
So only after a few years of a long astral era does the stress go down enough.

Also, time doesn't really pass at a normal speed in FFXIV that's why you can go to past events any time, and redo CS every time you enter dungeons like it's the 1st time.\

I guess, technically, they talk about a scullery maid in Ishgard having gotten pregnant after working in a kitchen for a month. Maybe they'll add in the NPC to see, one day.
