Balmung crash ?

any have this problem at sunday 15/4 ?

"An error occurred on the game server." And then the character selection screen wouldn't come up.

Yes, no characters popping up in the lobby atm.

Yes I'm having trouble too, my character is gone from character selection screen. Can't get on server. ;;

Ever since the last patch this has been happening on different worlds randomly...

A few linkshell members crashed whilst I continued to craft. I'm guessing anything done during that time will be lost unfortunately.

Since the latest patch i've also started lagging and d/cing more than ever, this never happened before then on my laptop (my laptops awesome)

Not to mention to display/lag issues on the Ifrit fight...

The server merge really screwed the worlds up.

I got dropped from an Ifrit fight earlier this morning and my character select screen was like it is now. Barren of any models or information. Corrected itself after a few minutes thogh.

yeah it keeps being said & never happens im told, but i keep riding them on this one!

Looking at past causes of server crashes, it's probably another server program error, but i'm pretty useless with that sort of stuff so i wouldn't know XD

Same here, most likely they are still working on getting the world and zones back up.

While the server being down is annoying it is kind of nice for at least one reason.

Impromptu Balmung General

Tell us a little about yourselfs. How you like to spend your time in FFXIV. If you are a true blooded noble Besaider or some kind of filthy buggeralong fence hopping Fabul riffraff. It is not like we got anything else to do >_>;

Technically Besaid is a beach and Fabul is a castle so you're the riffraff. Now if you'll excuse me I have to clean my monocle o.q

it NEVER emptied

the server did not crash in such a way that it reset the wards, it was a login server issue it seems
