What is your #1 favourite item in the game and why

A bit curious what people like in the game.

Mine is the Racing Chocobo Helm for many reasons.

I put in the time for it before they made racing easier to get into/level up with, so many 6 hour sessions for breeding my racing bo's. Managed to get my very first Pedigree 9 bo with 20/20 stars.
I was very upset I didn't play 1.X for the original Chocobo Mask that you only got from the caravan guarding missions and I saw someone in game who was using the 1.X version of the item with pretty good stats for a mid level item with the cap being lv50.
I had the chocobo suit for a very long while before the mask was added, and using the fat chocobo helm just didn't fit well for me.
I love the item so much I've commissioned a leathercrafter to make me one I can wear at my computer and wear to Renaissance Festivals.

I don't know why, I just love it. I almost never use any other mount.

For item item.... Idk... Maybe the Gordian katana? It's been my glam since 4.0 dropped. I farmed it as soon as I got Sam to 60 lol.

It was entirely an accidental attachment. When the Viera were first announced as only being female I made a very minor personal protest by wearing bunny ears. The mini-protest is still technically a part of it, but the ears themselves have long since morphed into part of my character's identity now. Every single glamour I do includes them. Even were male viera to be released, I think I would still stay a mi'qote with the bunny ears.

Honestly, changes daily, and it's not just wearables either, sometimes it's a mount, others it's an emote. Right now I find much amusement in the "Gabriel α"

Company Chocobo. Wouldn't trade him for any mount because of how much of a good boy (despite suicidal tendecies when in open world) he is.

The first item that came to mind was the mini heaven on high. I like crafting on top of it in front of my house. The perspective in lavender beds is pretty sweet.

I mean clearly SE knows because they made a freaking plush of him but my favorite thing ingame is my Paissa Patissier. He's so cute and likely the only minion I'll use for the remainder of the game.

Currently it would be Ehll Tou, cutest most badass mount ever! I'm probably making my chocobo jealous.

It's a toss-up between (Box Turtle) and (Horse Milk). The first because it was funny to eat them in front of people back when miqotes could still eat raw fish, and the second because it's funny to just say and get a reaction.

Probably my Gestahl minion. I'm a dog person, so he fits me and is the minion by my side 95% of the time.

I also really love the water lilies outdoor furnishing. I know it's kind of small, but I still like it a lot. Wish that was an easy option irl, as they are my most favorite flower to photograph.

For me it's the Bohemian Trousers, especially dyed Metallic Silver.

Bought them because I missed the event, but I use them for pretty much every glamour I have. Best purchase I've ever made.

I have a ball of moss that a friend fished up for me back in Stormblood. I never got rid of it.

But for actually favorite items, Tora-jiro. Ever since his release, I have literally never used another minion except when trying to spawn a hunt. Tora-jiro looks like my kitty in real life and I love her so much.

My warrior Zeta weapon. Looks so cool and completed it back before all the steps was nerfed. Not a fun time but dammit does it look amazing.

Legacy Chocobo

My boy searched the countryside for 5 years just to see me again. And just watch the "A New Beginning" trailer and see how happy they are to see us. First time I saw that it got me right in the feels. How can you not love that.

Timeworn Wyvernskin Map.

It's the only way to make The Pale Rider show up, who is my favorite field monster in the game.

I also just love doing them, as they give me reason to tour Heavensward, which is still my favorite expansion by far.

Ultimate weapon glams are my favorite. They just look so much better than relics or other weapon glams in my opinion.

Its not anything great in its own right, but for some reason its the only item in my main characters inventory that I have never discarded. Which means by far its the item I've held onto the longest.

Everything else has been transferred to an alt, or discarded, or sold, or thrown away, or desynthesized, you name it.

A generic-looking samurai sword with the coolest name in the game.

I posted a joke response earlier in this thread, but I came up with one.

I got an apartment when I first started, and one of the first things I wanted is to get a stuffed goblin, because aside from goblins being awesome we all know that's actually supposed to be best girl Brayflox Alltalks. Ever since then, across several apartments and houses on like four different worlds, this stuffed goblin has accompanied me along my journey. Sometimes I use the wind-up goblin minion and pretend it's the very same.
