Edit: Nvm found the <pos>, Urianger pop at the cave in ( X: 30, Y: 35 ) in The Black Shroud!

That link shows a very well-explained position of Urianger for Thanlan, but not for any other zones (just coordinates given), so here are my hastily-tossed-together images.

Red arrow indicates that you must enter a cave.

Just popped in Thanalan on Masamune. Apparently nothing happens when talking to him in different regions. He won't accept more pages.
