Minimum requirement: have at least one Job Class (Disciple of War or Magic) at Max Level on your account.

Um, it's called One Hero's Journey, and costs $25 on the online store. Couple that with Tales of Adventure, and you can start to play at level 70 without all that worry about "snail's pace" leveling.

Of course, you may be extremely lousy at your job for a while, but, whatever.

Alternatively, you can also pay 18$ to transfer to a preferred world, buy also the collector's stuff to get the exp earrings and ring and level insanely fast.

Assuming you're talking about "Road to 70" that only works for new characters created on a preferred (or new) world. You can't get it with an existing character.

Most of the time I can't spend all my rested exp, leveling Blu, doh, dol, but rarely leveling dow/m as you get so much exp from roulette and the bonus doesn't get rested exp.

Sure pay for rested, then what's next, pay more for insta80, pay for everything so you can just afk in limsa all day. That's really fun.

The earrings came from preorders, not from Collector's Editions. You can't get those anymore, at least until 6.0 preorders come around and include a new set.
